Person with this phone number tried to order airline ticket using other people's credit card. We called the bank to verify and call this number back to inform him of the mismatch of his card info.
Beware of this caller.

Yeah this guy tried to call and book a ticket. Can't even speak english. Good luck with your scam, loser!

...just got a call from this guy wanting tickets for his daughter JFK/SFO/JFK.  Thanks to your postings above I was saved a lot of grief and emailed him back that he should look for a local travel agent.

also got a call from this guy on the 27 Jul 2010 wanting buy a ticket for his daughter JFK/SEA/JFK. Now he is looking for 2 more tickets from ACC/BOS/ACC. Thanks to postings above and saved a lot for me.

This is a scam. This guy send you documents that have been altered. They look good, but they are altered. DO NOT issue tickets for him.

Also got a call for this person asking to buy a ticket for his son- just took a message and thanks to
you , won't waste my time calling back.

The call display was 347-298-2028.
Caller is crafty too - when asked, he knows his son passport no by heart, who "is now in Paris" !!!
Gave his contact as 1-877-899-7669 (by the way this no.works).  ....Stay alert!

Got a call from this person as well.  This time JFK to ACC round trip.

also got a call from the same guy his name Michael - request a YUL JFK YUL & said he is calling from YYZ
& he give me a toll free number for his home  # 1 877 strange  +  on the phone display #  is a 1 347 a NYC tel #    

BEWARE

same guy, same number, same scenario.  trying to buy a ticket for his son to acc in 3 days.  even knew the airport code.  sounded fishy right off the bat, so I just took his info and said i would call him back.  reported to the police, but not much they can do.  BEWARE.

Got a phone call on Satuday from this guy claiming to buy the ticket for her daughter IAD-CAN-IAD for the next Monday. Broken English and promised to send in credit card authorization. Called back and never returned the phone call. This is a scam! Never sell a ticket for the next day unless you know the customer from before.

This guy named Johnson called to buy a ticket for his "daughter" named Elizabeth Johnson from ATL/LGA/ATL for a three month stay. If our agency does not know you, you are required to submit a Driver's license and copy of the credit card you are using to us with a signed authorization. He is supposedly faxing now.  I have no intentions of issuing a ticket for him and I think he is scamming.  His says his wife and her collegues use us all the time...they are not in our database.  I have been a TA for a LONG time and it is hard to get something past me.

Beware passenger call from 3472982028 tried to book Paris/Montreal with a different name his name Michael and hi give me a 877 numbre

Call from 347-298-2028.  Said his name was Christopher Sam and was referred to our agency.  Wanted to book JFK to Ghana.  Credit card did not address verify.

They hung up when they got the voice mail after hours message.

Name: David, wanted ticket Denver to Lax. I questioned the phone number, said he was in Dallas.
Informed him, he would have to present credit card in person, since he is not with any corporate
or return  client. Had hard time understanding him.
Definitly a SCAM.

Took all this Guy's (said he was Kenneth Welo) information for a SEA-BWI-SEA ticket.  Said he was local to SEA but couldn't come in - he faxed in good looking docs. However - card did not address verify so I checked the number her called from and found this - alerted MC of the card in question.

He's still up to his old tricks. This guy is a scammer. He actually needs to learn how to use Excel so he doesn''t call the same agency, witht he same story more than once.

Received a call from this number today wanting an airline ticket. From Dallas to London. What would he do with this ticket if it was actually issued???
