I keep getting this guy saying his name is john white and I need to call him as soon as possible or have my attorney call him about a Important legal issue which is time sensitive and if I don't call him he wishes me luck  about what's going to happen to me first of all this idiot speaks with a thick indian accent and I have gotten 8 other phone calls where the caller says his name is danny jones or Trevor black and these guys also have thick indian accents and different area codes but say the same exact things like they are reading from a script. These guys are nothing but scam artists

This guy doesn't give up he called again with his urgent legal business saying if I don't call him back he wishes me luck with what's going to happen to me he uses fear tatiics to intimidate people I wish I could meet him and put the fear of god into him and a one way trip to Guantanamo bay

The same thing with me!!! They told me I owe the IRS money, well considering I have been on ssi & ssd since 2007 I knew he was a scammer!!!! I called SS and the IRS, just to make sure! Of course I don't owe!! It was a woman at first, thick Indian accent, then I said I wanted to talk to her supervisor and a guy, thick Indian accent told me the same!! The other # that called is 609-385-0523 told me there's a criminal lawsuit against me and all that!! My local police don't seem to want to do anything, I called 1-877-idtheft they help ALOT

The same thing just happened to me. I'm a nervous wreck. My brother applied for some loans but didn't go through with the them and the ones he did get he paid back.
Now this guy is calling me (thinking I am the company that my brother works for) telling me there is a law suit against me and the company. I explained to him a million times that I am not the company and told him I didn't know what he was talking about. He just keeps asking for my brother.

My wife received a call from a Sam Taylor with paralegal being John Smith saying she is being sued by Cash Advance USA for $205.  Funny b/c cash advance is not legal in the state of GA.  Say she will be served papers in 5 days.  Let them do it.  They also called her at work which is illegal.

They keep calling me telling me they are going to sue me because I lied and have three loans with them and crap but it is all lies.  I have no idea how to stop them. They are always Indian with really bad english and you can never understand anything they tell you.

I received a call from this number today.  "Peter Brown" (who had a very thick Indian accent) wanted my husband to call him back immediately.  I asked where he was from and he said American Loan Department or American Law Firm.  There is a legitimate law firm by the name of "American Law Firm" however they are located in TX and have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission against these folks using their name.  This happened months ago with a different phone number and the person at the other end was very nasty.  I called the Bar Association in TX and they said that there was no such person licensed in the state of TX to practice law and certainly no one at American Law Firm by that name.  

Please call the Federal Trade Commission at 1-877-382-4357 and report these calls.  Make sure you have the person's name and the phone number that they want you to call back to.

I also told this joker today that I had already reported them to the Federal Trade Commission and would do so again and that they better never call my house again.

No, you aren't in trouble nor is your brother.  Make sure you have the name and the phone number of the person and place that is calling you and call the Federal Trade Commission at 1-877-382-4357 and report them.  There are numerous complaints against the folks and the "company" that they claim they are with.

I keep receiving calls from American Law Firm, the number is out of New York City. The number is347 298 2675. I cannot understand the person who calls and he keeps calling me a MotherF**ker. I called my phone company and they urged me to call you folks. Please help.

Me too. Only he calls himself Mark Williams. He's a relentless SOB who called me constantly on my cell   AND my job saying I owed $400 dollars to some cash advance place. That accent just gives me the shivers. He is a bad man and a scammer.

This exact number called my cell phones 5 times then he called my office and left message on the office's voicemail... He has an indian accent is sounds like a total d***! Can someone guide me a little more on what I do when I call the FTC? Am I making a new complaint or...

I have 26 missed calls from this number after speaking to them this morning. His name was Roy Wilson and he told me the police was on the way to get me because I owed them $205. I called the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION, but do I need to go further????

I am a Paralegal at Law Firm and they had the nerve to call me at work and leave a message on our general voicemail. I had one of the attorneys call and let me say that they had no idea what to do. We asked for "Dan Williamson" because he was the one that left the message, well they connected us to Roy Wilso. When she told them who she was they gave her no information and said I owed some CASH NET place... then they hung up.. when she called again they said that no one by the name of Roy Wilson worked there and hung up. She called back about 4-5 times and all they would tell her was no one by that name and hung up.

Total scam artists, so give them a little attorney scare and they wont bother you again :)

Called threatening me in an Asian accent. Said if I didn't call back I would be visited at work and be responsible for my actions and he was an officer but wouldn't tell me from where.

i was called numerous times by some guy with an indian accent so i could barely understand him..i got my number changed cuz this has been happening for a couple months now..i called them back b4 i got my number changed and went off one good time though..im pregnant and hormonal and i dont need this or the extra stress
