Several calls on my cell phone today and one to my work phone number - advised them that I have contacted the police (they called previously on a different number) about their calls.  The police have reported them to the FTC and the State Attorney General's office.

I keep getting phone calls from this line and they said I borrowed 300.00 and I never did and it some India guy and I need to wait till I can talk to his General Attorney don't fall for this it's a scam they are trying to get money not owed and I have all my
bank statements that there is no money wired,.  They will harrass you continually and
not give up and you have to tell them if you have more information and they can't give you any more information that you will call the Authorities.

Recieved numerous calls from this number threatening my life if i do not give them $250 on a prepaid credit card from walmart.. I have filed complaints with the FBI/IC3 and my local police department..

This number keeps leaving me messages and saying I owe them money, They say their name is Mike Cooper, I call them back to find out who it is and the guy said I don't know, I don't call you, it had the same guy's voice and I want his harrassing phone calls to stop, he said bad things would happen to me if I didn't pay him and wished me a bad day.

I keep getting this number calling me and saying that i owe 300 to loan that i never did and they keep harrassing me and tell me.  PLEASE DO NOT FALL IT!!

Scam!!! Same thing happened to me today. They want u to pay money right away!!! Don't believe it. Strong indian accent man with a name Derek Boston. Hahaha!!! Oh my gosh. I fell for it though. But never gave them money. They are persistent that they will sue me or serve me with a arrest. And they will call my work. It so convincing bec they hae my ssn. But they only got that because i applied for a loan app online which is stupid on my part. But never again!! Changing my number very soon!!

Called me 3 times this morning stating I owed a loan to Cash Advance and they are Loan Advance. Told himi don't owe this. Said that he was suing me if I didn't pay it. Asked when this so called loan took place.  He fumbled around and theb said 11/28/11.. Told him I was om a plane and this was impossible.  I woek for an attorney so I asked for the address he said New York.  Then said he wasn't allowed to give the address out and that I could get all the info at the court house. We got disconnected and he calledright back and I let it go to voicemail; and he made all of the threats on there.  I will be filing this with the attorney General and FTC.

I just received two calls at my place of work from this number. A man with an Indian accent told me his name was Jack Williams and that he needed the contact information for my attorney because there has been a lawsuit filed under my name and social security number because I took a payday loan and failed to pay it back. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN!!! I happen to work in a shared office suite - FULL of lawyers - the lawyer I spoke with looked me up and there are NO lawsuits that he could find - NO warrents for my arrest....he told me to ignore it!

yes, this is an ongoing scam that is going on with indian bottomfeeders.  They call from all diferent numbers to anyone who has ever applied for  a payday.  please igonore and do not give them any money .

Just received a call saying I'm being sued I let him know I don't owe anything and my lawyer will be talking with them...so sad the things ppl do. But justice will prevail.

Got a 30th call from this number today, told Jack Williams to quit calling my damn phone and he replied in his thick Indian accent with, "I'll get you you mother****er." At that note, I'm officially 100% sure that this is a huge scam.

Recieved six calls in 10m time from this number yesterday. I picked up once told them they had the wrong number and they proceeded to assert I was who they thought I was so I told them quit calling me. After that they left me 5 voicemails stateing I needed to contact them or have my attorney do so or they'd send police to my actual address or job(how they got my real address idk)) and that I better contact them in order to save my life and to have a bad day. Its the same Indian guy every time. Im overly annoyed with these people!

received a call from a guy named Jack Williams.  He stated I owed money from a loan.  I informed him he was reading from a script because I had already gotten a call from another number.  I told him I had reported the calls to FTC and was calling the police and disconnected.  He immediately called back but I let it go to voice mail.  DO not fall for this!!!!!

called asking for my 13 year old stating that his name was robert curtain and there was a lawsuit pending. Told him if he called again I was calling the police. Also blocked this number

said I owed $400.00 was going to take me to court.Go to walmart and get a money pak and call and give us the number.Scam ,Scam,Scam.

Got calls continously from this number to my phone and my office landline. The guy is a Indian but pretends to be a American. His vocal sounds like a bull dog trying to peak English. Never attend there calls.
He calls himself as a person from Americal Allied Company on behalf of Cash Advance.
Never again I should see these guys.

I have been getting calls from this number on my cell and even at work I dont no how to get it to stop my work has filed a police report but they still call over and over I want it to stop.

received a call from this number at work.  I called back from my cell phone number ( ID caller is hidden) and they kept hanging up because they could not tell who the call was from.  Once I unblocked my cell number they answered.  They were trying to get me to pay $175 for a payday loan that I did not take out.  Scammers!!

These guys keep changing the numbers they're calling with every so often. My guess is they're using Google Voice on computers and then migrating their internet connections to constantly change the numbers they're calling with. They spam call people about how individuals owe them money. It's all a scam to steal your identity and get money from you.

Report them to a federal agency. In the meantime, I've been using my own google voice to spam call THEM and harass the hell out of them. They literally try to have shouting matches with me, it's ridiculous.

Another thing, if you have a smart phone, download the app "Calls Blacklist" to immediately blacklist their number the first time they call you with it so that your phone will automatically block any more incoming calls from that phony number.

I got the same harrassing call from IDK can't understand the name he is giving me.  I have used payday loans in the past.  Mine are all good.  I called the agency that I used in the past to make sure I was good.  So this is definitely some scam.  I had another number called me with the same crap.  They stopped after I stood up to them.  I try to report this stuff to any agency that can have an impact, but it takes awhile sometimes for the impact to be real.  Hang up or don't answer.
