Roman Pierce was the name they used to call my work, Told them that I did not know what they were talking about because I did not use a PAY DAY LOAN.  They have tried this crap with me before except they were calling me at home, saying I was going to be arrested if I did not pay. ITS ALL CRAP, just keep each number they call from, they will stop it you call them back and say that you now have their number and will call the police on them.

They have harrassed the front desk people of where I work and have called multiple times on my cell. Victor Thompson was the name used although they have an accent of some type and there are 2 of them - one calling himself a supervisor.  They said I took out a payday loan on line and a federal law suit is being filed against me.  I laughed and told them to file the suit and that I have never taken out a payday loan in my life. He started getting foul mouthed and said, "Well then how do we have all of your information?"  to which I replied, "File the suit. I am contacting the police."  I called a # they left earlier (because the # on the caller ID did was not accepting calls) and I asked for proof of my debt because I am turning it over to the police and the man said, "We are sending it in the mail." and hung up.  Now, they won't answer at all.  I think I am going to keep calling them and harrassing them!  :)

Received similar messages from this person under the name Michael Johnson(took him a while to tell me the name), very thick Indian accent and a very foul mouth. When I contested the claims that I owed money this person got very loud and aggressive. These people are scum.

I just received a call from Officer Spencer Reed...phone # 1-347-338-3326, posing as an FBI agent with Pay Day Max, claiming that I owed his company money. He has my SS# and my email address. He's claiming that I owe $510.00 and I need to pay it now or I go to court in New York. This guy first contacted my brother and demanded payment. My brother has never cosigned anything for me, he's only a reference. The minute I asked for an account # or even a date of filing the loan, he said that information is private. I told Officer Reed that his company is listed as part of my banktruptcy and he is not suppose to be contacting me and that I needed to talk with my attorney about the matter....He hung up. I called him back and informed him that his name and number have been given to the police...he hung up again. Not sure how he got my information, but it's a little creepy. Watch out for scam. I'm now calling the police!

This is just the newest number with an ongoing scam from India and/or Pakistan...I've been on their hitlist off an on for almost a year :-)

Latest is "Officer Adam White' - they're full of crap, and are financial rapists and thieves.  DO NOT call them back, do NOTHING except report them to feds at http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx

Repeat - this is an ongoing SCAM.

Even if you do "owe" payday loan money (and I put "owe" in quotation marks on purpose) this still a scam.

I have lost count of how many times these "igmos" have contacted me over issues that I have resolved years ago. I am just amazed at how ignorant these people are. My advice to anyone out there who is even considering considering taking out a pay day loan of ANY KIND-- STOP--TURN AROUND--AND GO THE OTHER WAY!!!!!!!!!!!! These people will hound you and hound you and hound you etc etc etc... Yes I made a mistake by taking these loans, but I have learned my lesson well. Even if you have paid them off, as I have, and have proof of this, they will call and call and call and call!!!  So please, heed my warning, DON'T TAKE OUT ANY PAYDAY LOANS. I promise you, you will be kicking yourself if you do!!!!! I wish I had listened when I was given this advice.

8 texts in the last 15 minutes stating that my first midwest card has been locked and to call 347-338-3326 to unlock it.  don't have a 1st midwest card, so i thought I'd call it just to see.  called from my office phone after using *67.  got a recording asking for my 16 digit card #.  Don't fall for it.  I put in 1234 1234 1234 1234 and hoped I get a person on so I could tell em what I thought.  No luck.
