Just got the found that this company is based in India and are Scam saying that they are the Debt Collection Agency and Back office of ACS , They are Based in City called Ahmedabad in The State of Gujarat , Its a callCenter Named "Technomine" and the Owner name is Kunal Nayak , Viral Nayak and Parixit . The Address of their office is Sarovar Plaza , Nr . Girish coldrink , CG road , Ahmedabad Gujrat , India .


I got this information When i Tried to Trace their number with Help of one of my Friend .


Please dont Entertain calls from these people .

I just got this call from a Mr.Dawson Saying that he is going to call my employer and have me sued. Because of a payday loan I have out. He said he is going to e-mail me some Doc’s. to sign.Is this a Scam?

Just got a call from these people and stated that he is with ACS and that they were a debt collection agency and wanted to file a lawsuit with me.  I asked for what account and he said that they work with Payday Loans.  I stated that I NEVER done business with a loan company before.  Also stated that if he wanted to sue me, then they would have not called and told me and that I should have been served papers.  Told him that I will talk to a lawyer and judge (whom are clients of mine) about this and that I would get back to him, because the whole situation was fishy and that we would shut him down.  He then said, "Well it was nice doing business with you" and hung up on me!  Hahahah!  Such a scam!

Don't let them fool you...it is definately a scam...feel free to call the number 100's of times a day like me to piss them off and waste their time.  It gets comical listening to them try and speak english slurs.  I just do it to keep them off the phones harrassing others...wastes my time too but its sure fun.  Dial *67 do cover your phone #.  Have fun!!!

I keep getting a call from this guya t phone number 347-342-0492 stating that he is with ACS and that my address is under investigation, but he never says why.  He then goes on to further state that the next call will be made to my supervisor and my sibling and my "friend".  What the hell do I do to get this guy to stop leaving messages for me at work??  Considering he calls at 8PM every night for the last two weeks.

YES!!! Huge scam, wait until you see the email. He told me the exact same thing, the email looks soo phony.  When I called the phone number on the email, some lady answered the phone and didn't know what I was talking about.

These people are scam artist. Do not give them any of your fincial info. I am now targeting them for scam.

As a law enforcement officer with a complaint of harassing phone calls, I called 347-342-0492 to determine the legitimacy of the alleged debt collection. The male person I spoke with would not identify the organization that he represented and when I explained why I was calling he laughed and said "best of luck to you then". I again explained to him that I was investigating a crimnial complaint and needed to validate that they were a dept collection company. He asked "do you need help?" to which I replied that I needed help finding out who he and his company was. To that he simply replied "best of luck to you".

This is apparently NOT a legitimate debt collection service and those receiving calls should contact the Federal Trade Commission and file a complaint. That can be performed at: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/

This was absolutely one of the most uncooperative individuals I have ever dealt with. Good luck!

The best thing to do to get these guys to leave you alone for while is to  give them information from credit card that is no longer valid. Switch a couple of the numbers on the card and give the expiration date of a valid card. Make the payment arrangements a month out. Even if it does not stop the calls it may at least alert the banks that these guys are a fraud.

Call them several times a day and try to order a pizza.

Call them over and over and say nothing.

I just got a call from Mr Jones telling me my sister has committed fraud and that I am listed as a reference on her account. So In order to save myself from being charged with fraud that I would need to have her call them back. I knew immediately that this is a scam don't beleive anything they say.

These people have been calling a couple times in the past week.  The first couple of calls were threatening and saying that I took out a pay day loan back in March 2009.  I told them to send me a letter with more information.   They emailed me some phony letter saying how much to pay but with no legit details.  Also gave me a phony gmail email address.  It seemed fake.  They called again today, but this time said that I owed on a student loan.  haha!  I've filed a complain with the Federal Trade Commission.

My Mother and father both got calls from these ppl...My mothers message said he was Richard Johnson, then at the end of the message he was Richard Jones...My father got the same messagge but he said he was Richard Charles ...Said I had a payday loan and charges would be filed..I called and told them I never had a loan..He said he spoke with my employer, I stopped him and laughed and said I havent worked in years!!!! then He hangs up on me!!!  WHAT A SCAM!!!

I have actually sent money to these people and am wondering now if there is any way for me to get that money back.  I called and told them they are scams and they hung up on me!!!  Any suggestions on what to do now?

I have gotten phone calls from a "Joe Brown" and this caller has a foreign Accent he has also gone by the name "Dexter Brown" , "Dexter Frog" and Gerald and just today he said he was "Officer Brown"  I am not the person he is looking for I work with the person he is looking for.  I have told this person several times he(co-worker) can not come to the phone but I can take a message.  This caller has gotten rude with me.  I knew something was funny about this caller.  So this is why i decided to look this number and others he has left. this technomine is a scam company based in india. i got the new address I.e. technomine, Aditya Arcade, N. R. Muncipal Market C.G. road, ahmedabad. I traced this address with the help of  one of my friend, who is doing the same thing in  some other company.

Yaa yestarday i recd a call from the same number, friends these people are always doing calls from different numbers with different name hey now they have started a software company also with the name of attensa software here is the website link http://www.attensasoftware.com/clients.html, this is also the same company & the owner of this company are Kunal Naik, & Viral Naik, friends need to do something for this.
