They called and informed me calling from Bronx Crime Investigation Dept.
and were asking my personal information's

I received a call from 347-342-1775 asking for personal informations . in case I do not,which I will  never ever, provide , he is going to mess with snn .He claims to be an investigater from usa govt.this son of [***] is criminal.please anybody should take care this cancer. I do not know how many innocent people have been victims of this animal.

I received a call from these [***] claiming that IRS has filed a lawsuit against me because I owe taxes in the amount of $1772.39. They told me that if I didn't pay this money right away, I will be arrested and my citizenship will be revoked. I found that pretty laughable. I don't anything to the IRS and they have never contacted me in writing. These people calling from these numbers are impersonating IRS agents and should be arrested, criminally prosecuted and sent to pound them in the ass prison!

Got voicemail. heavily accented fake police office asked to call back at this number.

These people called our house at 9:19 in the morning claiming that there was a warrant out for my father's arrest due to outstanding debts to the United States Government. Funny, because I file my parent's taxes and my master's degree in business helps me to not make a mistake. Well, our caller ID read that the call was from Alhambra, California which is in the Los Angeles region, and the telephone number that showed up on the caller ID was (626)236-5675. Odd because the person who called said that his name is Jack Green and that he was calling from Brooklyn, New York and the number he left was (347)342-1775 with no extension number. The IRS is supposed to contact you in writing before calling, so I knew this was fake from the start. He should kill himself.

I got a phone message on my answering machine call from a guy telling me he was in a Crime Investigation Unit with Jack Green and my name was associated with a tragedy, and I was liable for legal action. I called back but the number was obviously suspicious. Why these guys are allowed to harass law-abiding citizens is beyond me.

Looks like Pakistani Origin Young Men living in NY Area are committing this kind of crimes like impersonating as a Government Official and threatening people of ON-GOING investigations against them. One can find out about their being phony & crook when they get intimidated once you start asking lots of questions. Caller identified himself as DAVID MARSHALL then his boss identified himself as ALLEN WALTON who said that his boss is MAX WILSON. The accent and sound of voice was exactly the same of David Marshall & Allen Walton with STRONG PAKISTANI accent which is 100% similar to PAKISTANI origin Young Muslim Men living in all over greater NYC area. They identified themselves calling from NYC office of State Investigation Department of New York. I don't want to paint all young Muslim men of Pakistani Origin as criminals & spammers. Whatever percentage of these young Muslim men are, they must be confronted & rebuked by their own community people first so that the image of their community is not tarnished.

Just received a call from this number saying that he is calling from Crime Investigation Unit and my name came up in an investigation and if I don't call back, a legal action could be taken against me. The funny thing is that he did not leave any name. From the accent it seems like a pakistani guy.

Just got a message from this number claiming to be an officer Scott Adams

I got a message from a man with an extremely heavy Indian accent. He said he was from the state investigation dept. and that he had an affidavit against my father (he said his name) and he said it was a very serious matter and he left this number 347 342 1775. I called back and was told that my father would be arrested for federal criminal charges and not paying taxes. He said he was part of the legal dept. of the IRS. He also said that my father's citizenship would be canceled. He had our home address. He also said that papers were sent in the mail 2 weeks ago, when i told him we never got anything in the mail he avoided the issue. He said the solution was to send a $2500 tax payment by green dot money pak. I told him i would need to call the IRS myself to verify this. I also told him i could not pay the funds. He became very threatening and again threatened arrest and citizenship being canceled. I finally hung up. I plan on reporting to the police and the state AG.

i got a call from heavy accent guy stated his name is scott.  he claimed he has accidavid against me if i do not call my social security will be blocked. i will be reporting that no to TiGta.

Got a call this morning from 347-599-7963...said he was from IRS   said I should listen to him without interrupting...guess so he didn't lose his place in the script.  Said they would cease my property, put me in jail.  When he was done I said that is SCARY and he said well then just wait for the officers to show up and hung up.  Really because the IRS wouldn't do that.  And I just I got my refund in the mail from my extension a week ago .

My husband got a call from the same # as above 347 342 1775. Two names were mentioned Justin Hammer and Kamlesh Patel (fake names with an Pakistani/Indian accent  from Syracuse, NY calling from the State Investigation Dept regarding tax payment of approx. $1000.    They called several times and sounded very convincing to my husband and threatened police action.  the phone call was probably from a cell phone   The scammers may they rot in hell.  I reported them to the police. The police are looking for them.

Some guy with a heavy Indian accent called my mom and left a message pretending to be a doctor. He said there was a pending case against her and if she didn't call back, she would be deported. The whole thing made no sense so we knew it was a scam. I am definitely reporting him.

These people are pretty funny.  Law suits are civil actions and even if you ignore a court summons, you only receive a default judgement against you.  Warrants are used in criminal cases and you never receive advance notice you are about to be served with one.  Just a debt collector using legal mumbo-jumbo as a scare tactic.  You cannot be arrested for debt but can be sued provided the debt is not time barred.

I received a call from 646_368_7598 and the guy said he is IRS officer and I owed $5000. After a while I start laughing and he pretend to be officer start cursing me in Indian language. This gang is in India or Pakistan. I cursed him back and told him that we will get you like Osama Ben Laden. Very funny call.
