This company has been calling my work place about a loan I've never taken

Calls about a loan I never had!!!

I just recived a call from 209-555-1214 tell me there is a law case against my SS# and telling me to call 347-380-8985.  What?

I keep getting these calls at work about every other month.  They call once or twice a day for a couple days and then we don't hear from them again.  They keep telling me they are going to send an investigation team to my work and I tell them to go ahead, but nothing happens.  Why does this keep happening to me and how do I get it to stop???!!!!  It is embarrassing!!!!!!

I just received the same message. In the last 3 weeks i have recevid from 4 diffrent number out of New York and Florida...

This company or whoever they are contacted a friend of mine and left a message for me to call them back. I returned the call and was informed about some legal action that was going to be taken against me for some loan that I never took out. How do you stop them from calling?

Just got a call and they call everyday allday from -1-347-380-8985 so they keep calling me I turn around and keep calling them and they got mad and said f-u and go to hell with my black pu.....y really

They get real pissed off if you turn the tables and keep calling them back to back and watch what happen so much profanity that you would know that this is a scam try and see

I have been receiving calls from this company at work. The first time like a dummy I went ahead and sent in $650, but now 7 months later they are calling me again. After looking them up I went ahead and called and the lady did not even know who I was. She then said she was a supervisor for PCS. Okay right there proves you are a scam because person that left message on my phone said it was attorney's office. I told them not to call me ever again because I hired a local attorney and then the lady on phone started stuttering. When I gave her my phone number she said she did not have my name on record for that number and gave me the name of someone else that does not work here. When I asked her again who she was trying to reach she gave me different name.

Received a call today from these a person claiming to be Steven Johnson (yes, he as a accent) with BCS Law offices something about a loan with a company called Frank Herbert and my ssn number was given and other personal information and it's become a legal matter.  When I returned the call, was told to hold on. Never had any form of business with a company called Frank Herbert or anyone else on the east coast.  The call came in on 347-269-0834 and was told to call back 347-380-8985, when I heard the accent I googled the area code - which comes from Bronx, Queens some place outside of NY, I said "scam" right away to myself.  Please keep posting the calls from these scammers.

All of the above sounds familiar...these people have all of my information and call me at work constantly about a loan i never took out and saying that there is legal action against me. I have threatened to contact the police and they just get more and more angry...they are hard to understand and every time they hang up I call back. what can i do about this??

I have recieved number of calls from different phone numbers in regards to a loan or car loan I have taken out only problem I only filled out in looking for pay day loan I never recieved or signed for any founds these people are calling my friends and family threating them to place me in jail for a loan i never had out this all cause looking for a pay day loan and seeing if be fessible to take one out to get threw ruff spot. since then I had close to 2500 companyies some tracing back to same place claiming I owe them for moneyi never barrowed from them for car cash to houses they have my credit destroyed have now to date cost me 15000.00 in founds and destroyed my life I think the goverment needs to take controle of these scam artist and remove them from the internet and phone they just thiefes and my advise is to contact a atterny allert your bank and to change as much info as you can so they can not just take from you I have read the reports on this number threw here and have spoken to them when they confront with this report they hang up and will not speak to you if they was a real company or atterney for a company they would be speaking to you and informing u any and all info is recorded for evidence in your case. they barrly know what name to use to call themself when you call to ? them in matter please do not give them any the info they attempted get my ss number from relitives and threatened my relitives if you in a state that will take said report report to the police if not call or contact a atterney

i will not give up until I get these guys back you here me never!  You all might as well change all your numbers
