this guy that called me said that charges was filed against my name and social security number and that the social security office was notified and that a investigation was goig to be done on me and for me or my attorney notify him for me to be on the safer side

I received a call from this number today stating I had taken a payday advance loan and had not repaid it. He knew my social security number and bank account number. Scary huh? If you press this idiot for more information he will hang up. This man (Peter) wanted 409.00 from me insisting I owed a payday loan. He said charges were filed against me and against my social security number. This guys a joke but should be stopped from engaging in this activity.

I got a call from this caller...the # was unknown & so was the name...but they did leave a message. A lady stating that her name was Cathy Miller said that she was callin from an affidavit company & they have recieved an affidavit from a company against my name & ssn. She then left the #3474165126 so that I could call her back. I have not returned the call but I am soooo desperate. Should I call back?

I too, just today received a call from this scam company - telling me I owe money to a Cash Advance Company from Florida.  He said they had my social security number and other information on me.
He said he would send me a letter regarding this.  What a joke.

Got two phone calls and both actually left a voicemail.  Told me I was going to be taken to court tomorrow for a legal action against my social security number if I didn't call back.

Would be nice if such scams could be traced but I know it's impossible these days.

the same people are calling me to they called me today on Christmas eve these people have no life and i'm so tired of them.

These people are scammers...they had a segment on these scammers on our local news. Do not pay them any money. These are middle eastern people who u can't even understand, and threaten u. None of what they say is true. When they call me I tell them. I know this is a scam and to F off they usually stop, but I have noticed that they will call from different numbers. ONCE AGAIN DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM DO NOT PAY THEM.

I do not know owe this company or scams anything and I want them to quit calling me immediately!!!!!

I received 2 calls at work today, the first these scumbags left a message with a receptionist that I had legal charges pressed against my social security number, left the phone number 347-416-5126 and the name Suzanne.  2nd time I took the call and told her not to call again.  Got home and had 2 messages left for me.  She called again when I was home and I asked to speak with her supervisor and he got on the phone and insisted that I had some payday advance loan and have not paid it, he stated 2008, 2009 & 2010.  He never got to the point of asking for a specific amount of money, mentioned the last 4 digits of my social, but gave an e-mail address that has never been mine.

I had a very difficult time understanding either of them.

I have had the same thing to happen to me.  Joseph Williams from ACS called on 01/24/11 and said that I owe for a check that was outstanding and he was trying to get the money.  I asked him to sent me proof of the check. He told me he could not because it was an electronic transactions.  I knew that I had taken a pay day loan about five years ago.  I told him I was not going to sent him anything.  He had my SS#, bank info, and routing #.  He kept calling on my job, I told him to stop calling me.  He said he needed the money right then or he would take it to court.  He said he would have the police come to my job in minutes.  I told him to do that, he got angry and told me to put my supervisior on the phone. I said no and he hung up the phone.  This company is a fraud.

Wow! I read all of your accounts on this phone number. They continuously call me. However, everytime they call and leave a message they yell and sound like they are reading a script. The one today couldn't even say his name and I heard him pause, grab a piece of and say "call Ben Miller!"?Seriously and telling me you know my social-so what! If you're putting charges against me then it won't be food for anything anyway! I chnaged banks because there are too many scam artists/companies out there. And honestly, do they think I believe them? Your're Middle Eastern and your name is truly Ben Miller that you read from a script! They are a joke. I might just answer to entertain them.

I have read all your comments and I too have gotton the same damn phone calls saying that they were going to press charges on me and call the local police on me. They wanted me to give them 150 bucks from a payday loan that was outstanding... what?!?!?!? I don't have an outstanding LOAN with a payday loan company... But for some reason they also have my SS number as well as my checking account number as well! I can't even understand them when they are talking, this guy that called me his name was ROY PARKER lol So whatever [***] these people. I also have to change my banking info now too. People do need to get a damn life and get a real [***] JOB! Yes, I am pissed off lol
