Same messages as above referencing US Treasury

Recieved the same robo-call - threatening that the Treasury Department was coming after me and I'd be charged with a crime if ignore that phone call - the man had a heavy accent and I report the matter on-line to the FTC and IRS to prosecute this scam artist.

Same as above. I called back just to see if anyone would pick up and a heavily accented guy answered "US Treasury". I had no idea the agency had moved to NY😝. I of course offered to give them my credit # so they could easily take our money. Who falls for this stuff?

Same experience. Man with heavy accent claiming I had filed an "incorrect tax form", but couldn't give me any specifics. When I hung up I called the number back, and got the same man. That by itself is suspicious, because you can never get the same person back at the IRS.

Robo-call claiming to be from US Treasury, threatening to take you before Federal Magistrate if you don't pay up.

Says I'm going to see the magistrate. Let's go!

Same as above, man with heavy accent says I owe money to the US Treasury and that I need to call back or I will have to appear before a magistrate judge.

I just got the same call

robocall -  voice with heavy accent left message saying:
"[inaudible] and I'm calling regarding an enforcement action executed by the US Treasury intending your serious attention. Ignoring this will be an intentional attempt to avoid initial appearance before a magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offense. My number is 347-418-0584. I repeat 347-418-0584. I'd like you to cooperate with us and help us to help you. Thank you."

OBVIOUSLY A SCAM, SO I DID NOT RETURN THE CALL!

Got the exact message on my phone as the one above.  Guess I am going before the magistrate with the rest of you.

This is Dennis Gray (unsure if this is the name he was saying) I am from the United States Treasury. To avoid inforsment action return my call. Ignoring it will be an intentional offense causing you to appear before a grand jury or magistrate. Call to avoid criminal offense.

I got the same message this afternoon.  I can't wait to call back and have some fun with this one.

Same as above. Threatening message about the treasury from man with heavy Indian accent.

I just got this call. Loved getting it because I am an attorney with the FTC and prosecute these scams. I decided to call back and asked how much I owed. When he told me over 9k, I asked how he knew how much I owed because I didn't give my name. He hung up. heavy accent. Will be prosecuting them.
