Why does this number keep calling me?!?! About 5 days in a row, two three times a day, and they always leave silent voice messages. When I call back, get the message that the call can't be completed as dialed. Anybody??

Same here.  Keeps calling without a message.  Damn annoying.

they've called me a minimum of 10 times in the past two weeks. I haven't picked up after I saw their #, but I'm guessing they're the same people who want me to switch my electric company. They don't leave a message. I've already talked to some of these lunk-heads before and I'm pretty sick of them

Calls me at 8:00 a.m. and then there is no one on the line.  Not the first time.  

This is a telemarketer aiming to get people to sign up for some non-existent energy program. A scam program to lower electric bill. Don't fall for that. Just don't answer when this number pop up and also waste their time on the phone by answering their question with nonsensical answers.

Calls twice a day and there's static in the background.

Called my hone at 8:25am. I was furious. There was someone there, selling energy "in my area." I had to tell him to stop talking twice before he shut up. I asked if he knew what time it was?  Yes!  Told him you don't call peoples homes at that time. He said he'd call back later and I told him no.  He then suggested I tell him what time. I suggested he never call my home again, ever, and that if he's interested in making sales in the US he may want to try to learn how to pronounce peoples' names correctly.

Asks weird questions. Sounds like a thief staking out.

They call a few times a week, I answered for the first time and a What sounded to be a Jamaican lady said "why you calling my house? My phone just rang?!?" She was very angry and I hung up. This is my work phone, my boss heard the phone ring too and he was baffled. Lol

Per the FCC. Go to their website, follow the prompt to a drop down box, pick your tab to file a complaint and start an investigation.

I received a call from this number.  When I answered the phone, I hesitated waiting for someone to say something.  Instead, I got a beep and a recording that "that extension is not available."  I have been on the DO NOT CALL LIST since its inception and have renewed over the years.  I do not appreciate unsolicited calls that can potentially wake napping kids.

I will not give u the pleasure of answering. I remember most of miserable telemarketers' numbers ,I just slam the phone real loud, so it hurts. I hope u burn in hell, you are a disgrace to human race !! Get a real job, you are a loser!

these people won't stop calling my house and now my cell phone about 'reducing my electric bill'
if i want to talk to a provider i'd call them, that's all i said before they hung up. i called back and the number is not in service.. unbelievable

They call almost everyday last two weeks
I listen for a second  and then tell them hold on a second I'm interested then I leave phone down.  If it's OK for them to waste my time then I feel it's OK to waste theirs.
They are horrible telemarketers who would ever get involved with these people. It would be as logical as buying life insurance from a taxi cab driver
