This number called twice today: once this morning and once a few minutes ago. The earlier call left a half-truncated voice mail about some supposed legal action to which I'm a party of. somehow, I think this is a variation of a scam, so I'm not worried (nor will I respond to the call).

As an aside, can we get a call type of "Robocall" or "suspect Scam" (or something similar to these, or even "Other")? None of the existing types best describe this type of call.

Got a call from 347-467-1176 claiming they are from Legal department of IRS.  Beware I think it's a scam

Man with an accent said he was from US Treasury Dept. - IRS had a warrant for my arrest. I needed to give him my lawyers fax number immediately or the local police were going to come arrest me. I asked why no caller ID? He hemmed and hawed. I said I would like to talk to his supervisor. He hung up. SCAM!!!

Just rec'd a call from this number....it was an automated call stating something about serious legal issue with my account and to press "1" for more information. Caller ID stated unknown name

call from 347-467-1176, left a message stating it was an urgent matter and need to call them back immediately.

This number called three times today - robo call.  Said it was an urgent legal matter. SCAM!!

Called 3 times left 2 messages both the same. Please call back right now to deal with an important legal matter with your account. Call 347 467 0303

Scam call. Claim they are with the IRS one time, and someone else another. I don't owe anyone any $ . I blocked the losers

"This is an important message for you. I would like to call me back at 347-627-0303 to resolve a legal issue that requires your immediate attention.."

Keep leaving messages- first call was a LA number.  Second call 2 hours later an Ny, NY number.

I Just received the call this morning, she said I owe federal tax, federal gov. will arrest me.  ask my lawyer information, I knew GOV. never call, so I know it is SCAM.

Called twice about IRS & financial matters

they claimed I was party to a legal action. Bogus scam

Received call from(347)467-1176 said it was a legal matter and from US treasury dept for IRS! Ridiculous!

"This is an important message for you.  I'd like for you to call me back at 347-284-6151. To resolve a legal issue that needs your immediate attention. Once again, that number is 347-284-6151. Please call back right now."
This is an obvious fraud.

Robocall stating we need to call regarding "urgent legal issue"

Caller identified himself as an Agent for the Legal Department of the IRS.  He requested my attorney's name and number, so they can contact my attorney regarding documents, that needed immediate attention.  When I told the caller I would give his contact information to my attorney and the number he called from, he hung up.

Caller identified himself as an Agent from the Legal Dept. of the IRS.  He requested my attorney's contact information, as he needed to contact him about legal proceeding that were filed against me.  When I told the caller I would share the phone number he called from and his name, with my attorney and my attorney would contact him, he hung up.

Whoever is using this number - I want to swear on a stack of bibles to hacking this number so that it will stop annoying others. I am really fed up with this call and on numerous occasions too
