This person Officer Clinton Call me about a hold on my Social Security.

They called me as well claiming to be officers and that I owed some money from a loan that I never had. Its a total scam. I like to play w them on the line and let them think im sending money. Lol

This guy called me several times and left rude messages an he is now calling my job claiming he is an officer- dept. financial investigation ID#131622 an he works with a govermant agency/I advised him to not call my place of employment the call was monitored an recorded inner my office an my manager monitored the live call as well.

I receive threatening messages at home, work and my cell.  He says his name is Robert Martin from the Fraud Department and that my name came up and I will be arrested.  He asked me to confirm my name and address and I told him that this sounds like a scam and hung up.  He has been calling me for the past two weeks straight and I finally had an attorney return his call and he called the attorney a liar. I am hoping that since I had an attorney return his call that he will cease from harrassing me.

They call almost every day for a couple weeks and then use a different number and that goes on for a couple weeks.  Same voice, sometimes even uses same name.  It is a scam to get money,  they threaten you about being arrested.  they even called me once and said I had a court date the following week, gave me an address and court number.  Said I needed to call back and pay the money or I would have to appear in court.  Address was bogus, not even a court house.
THIS IS A SCAM!   DO NOT SEND THEM ANYTHING.

Sometimes it's fun to mess with them and see how aggravated they get.  They threaten everything.

I got the same call from this agent Max Clinton with an indian accent telling me that I  should paid up my debt or I will Go to jail.

I got a call saying that I was being investigated for financial fraud and to call and it was a foreign man saying that he was a detective and if i didnt call him back today then he would have an officer at my door and at my work place to arrest me.  This was left on my voicemail. This is the 2nd time he has called me saying the same thing. I havent called back yet.

I am a little smarter than this. If I was under investigation for fraud they wouldnt call me and give me a heads up about it they would just arrest me.  A detective wouldnt call me and tell me to call him today or the police would be at my house and work place that would be stupid. I am tempted to call them back and just ask them if they think im stupid or something.

I got called five times in 4 days, and eventually I responded to the voicemail just to see what was up, and then I found out that they have my SS#, my bank account #, and kept threatening to take me to court. They then told me that they're going to start taking $100 out of my account every other Friday. I called my bank to stop it, and filed a complaint with the WI Financial instution. These people are lowlifes and I can't wait to see them caught and locked up forever.

i recieved the same type of calls. job, work, & and hm. what can be done to stop this.

i got that same call more than 1 time, i never answer my phone to talk to them. He does have a strong Indian accent.  He told me i would be in BIG trouble if i didnt call.

Keep calling my house and leaving messages on my answering machine saying he is with the Dept. of investigation, and that I am under investigation and that I will end up going to the state courts. If I am tying to run away from the problem then I am making things wrost on myself, and I need to contact him.

they took money out of my bank acct once i had it reversed but can they or have they took any out of anyone elses? i am in the process of changing my bank acct now but its a hassel

India accent man called me and said Department of Investigations. His name is Jason Parker he gave me a case number and knew my social security number and said im under investigation for Fraud and im in big trouble.  He is still calling me everyday for about a week. He is now calling me at my job..I dont know what he is talking about a debt that i owe.  I wish that he would leave me alone.

I just laugh at them which ticks them off no end and tell them either this call is being recorded, or trying to trace the call, or I am not interested in their scam. Tell them that you are reporting therm to the Secret Service or the FBI. The problem is that law agencies cannot do anything about these lowlifes because they operate "offshore".  They are just trying to get money from you. You could do what one fellow did and give them the numbers from an old defunct credit card. It may not be nice, but it will give you some satisfaction. The main thing is not to sound afraid. That is what they want.

I have a solution. Call in bomb threats to the Gujarati authorities and basically threaten that if the calls from Gujarat do not stop, we will be forced to send Afghani suicide bombers into India.

I have a cousin who has been going through the same problem, with someone saying that she owes them money. These people need to get a life, and stop harassing innocent people. Someone  needs to do something about this. They have called her at home and at work harassing her. They call themselves unknown callers. They better be glad that they are, and that they don't know me. My name is not Big Boss for no reason. When I speak everyone listens, and these 347 nuts better be glad that they can't hear me. Ja-son,momma, daddy, sister, brother, daughter, cousin, aunt, uncle, nephew, niece, grandmother, grandfather, cousins, and friends just don't know, man I tell you!!  Now listen here, if he calls again tell him that you will be sending the money by carrier pigeon on the 32nd day of the month, because that's when your great great great great great great grandparents are going to give you your inheritance, and that it will get their as soon as possible. Or have someone use their phone and say that they are from the department of criminal investigations, and that the number has been traced maybe that will help. I am sorry that you all have to go through this. My goodness people these days need help, I tell you!!

I received 5 calls from this person claiming to be Walter Jones, they called my place of Employment Claiming that I was under Investigation for Fraud.When I told them I knew it was a scam and I was going to report them, He (Walter Jones) hung up on me. And still continued to call. How do you get rid of them.????????????????????
