Call from this number claiming to be a Windows tech support and there was a problem with my computer.

Same, his name was Jack seemed rather sketchy.

I received the same call on Thanksgiving morning. Indian accent. Claimed to be Windows Tech Support. When I asked what viruses had infected my computer, he said "Various, including Trojans".  

Nice try Shill, but you are a liar.. Adam Smith Racheal Anderson both one and the same person posting - typical shill spam and lies.  Give it up, everyone is on to the windows tech scam! Get back to your broom in the boiler room!

Unrecognized 347-474-3860 from NY calls at 7:10 PM on a Friday (MLK weekend too). Ha! Riiiight.
No voice mail. I wait an our and call it back. Shocked they answer. Heavy accent, "Vegran Agency, How can I help you?" You can't. I hear a disappointed sigh, almost a scoff. And I hang up. Someone should tie up this phone line with a constant robo-caller! Total scammers.
