Indian accented woman called about my "legal mess". When I called back, a man answered saying I would be taken to court over a pay day loan I never paid back. When I called again, he said the company was called "Law Office" and he was the senior legal person.

This is harassment and I do not want to be called again!!!!!!!!

A heavy acciented woman called and left a  message I think if I was in a mess such as she said that I would have received some type of notice either in mail or something. I am really getting annoyed by these type of calls so I have caller ID and if I dont know the number I dont answer and this one came up "not found 29" dont think this is a business if it was I think they would not block their number.

A Indian man calls and leaves a message saying I am going to be sued if I do not call back.  I know this is a scam because THEY WILL NOT STOP CALLING!!!!!!  This is ridiculous.  First of all the number on my caller ID is 102, 04, 104.  This is from a call station in India.  I think what is REALLY funny is that they come up with names that are so white american, Roy Johnson, Dan Martin, Don Rogers, etc.  Please they can barely speak english.  Why won't our government stop these harrassing phone calls.

So this guy calls us every few months with an "urgent legal matter" against my husbands social security number. Supposedly he owes on a payday loan. When he leaves a message the company name is VCS or BCS (I can't understand him) but when I call they use the company name "Law Office"...they call our "references" and threaten to sue them as well for being part of the "fraud"...last time his name was John Smith, this time it was Ryan Hastings. So I told him to go ahead and send us to court, he said ok and hung up so I tried calling back and they just keep hanging up on me now. Last time I requested they mail us the information but they never did and they just kept requesting my checking account information to settle this out of court. I told him he was f**king crazy to think I was giving him that info and he stopped calling for a few months and now he is calling again. This has been going on since 2009!!!

The same thing is happening to me as well and they said the same thing that is was an legal matter against my social security, email and license # becaues I did not pay for a payday loan.  This for me has gone on for a year now but I get someone different for a while and then someone else calls me.  I dont answer but yes it is terrible that they can keep calling like this.  they call mywork which upsets me and I have told them not to and I dont know what too do about them call me at work.  Any advise?  I also have not been able to understand where theyare call from company wise.  I think they say VCS but heavy accent gets in the way. I have taken out personal paydayloan but  I have them payroll deducted back out of myaccount and I have told them this if I had a loan then why did the loan company get in contact with me direct.  They people need to stop calling and harrassing me.  See when you put that info out on the internet anybody can get it.  When you apply for a payday loan the information goes to several parent companies and I thinkthis is what is happening.  The scam artists get your info and run with it but it scars me because they know the last four digits of my ss #.

Received call from a foreign man named Mark White, said he was looking for my X-wife Pamela (Walsh) Wilson that she had taken out a loan and that I was involved in the loan and that is was Fraud.

Received call from a man who sounded foreign he stated that he was looking for Pamela Walsh that she, my friend had taken a loan for $25,000 and that it was Fraud and they were looking for her.  He keeps continuing to call back and I can hardly understand him.

Received over the last three years from a man who said my social security number and address, along with my name was used to take out a $25,000 loan.  I asked to talk to his supervisor and he also was foreign.  In fact I know some people from Nigeria and Ghana with the same accents.  I laughed at them both, as I told them I had to declare bankruptcy in 2005 and if you did give anyone such a loan then you did not do a proper credit check.  As I have not taken out any loans like this.  I now just do not answer the calls when I see the number.

same bs i recieved in the past. call from a woman heavy indian accent claiming im in serious leagle trouble and must call her blah blah blah. this happened in the past and i called them for 6 straight days 962 times and blocked my phone number. it stopped for about one month now here we go again. when i called back seven times in a row the man at the other end told me if i give him my unblocked phone number he would remove it from his system and not bother me again. i refused because how do you trust a con man. he even admitted this is a scam.

same bs is happening to me. The first time they called they said they were in Orange County,Ca. Last week, they stated they were in Austin,Tx. Today they called and used foul language. This aleged loan was supposed to be from 02/2010 they stated. 1 1/2 years ago. Keep calling. This is exactly why answering machines were invented.

The same thing is happening to me also, they contact me today in regards to a payday loan that i had not paid. They advised me that I was going to be taken to court and tha t i should get a lawyer the first time I spoke with them. A couple of hours later i decided to call them back to find out what was really going on, he told me his name was Frank and that he was from the "Law Office". He advised me that It was froom a loan that I had gotten and never paid back. When I asked him what loan company it was he named, "EZ-money, and Cash america". He also took the time to tell me that the loan company was a bid corporation and that they did not contact their loan borrowers on repayment. When I asked for the toll free number to the loan company he told me that they "did not" have a toll free number for the loan company's customer service and that if I did call them that they would not have any information. He did give me a number which was 347-474-7040 when I called it back after I talked to him the guy who answered advised me that the company's name was "Public Credit Service". When they called and left a message he called hisself Andrew Martin but had an Indian accent, even the first lady I spoke with had an indian accent.

I received a call at work today, and I am about fed up with these people. I didn't get to take the call because I was busy, but I had a message from a "Neil Parker" (mind you he has a thick Indian accent and if you ask me they all sound the same). So i called back twice, the first time I hung up, the second time I said "who am I speaking to?" he replied "my name is Peter Jones" I said, ok "peter" who do you work for? He said ma'am why are you asking me these questions? I said because I got a call from this number and want to know why? So he asked for my name and the number they called on and he'd pull up my "case file". Apparently there are "charges" against me for an internet payday loan I took out and didn't repay. TOO BAD I DID YOU SORRY S.O.B.'s!!! Anyways so he starts rambling on and on and I stop him like I paid back everything I took out and have contacted my respective attorney general's office and do not want to be harrassed any longer! He said ma'am you need to show up to the county courts tomorrow....I said ok what county is that? do you even know? "ma'am that is none of my concern.." ok thanks buh bye.
I am beyond done with these people calling me. I have changed my cell phone number and done away with my home phone, unfortunately I cannot change my work number. Does anyone have any advice? I can feel my blood pressure rise everytime I deal with this crap and I need it to stop!

I've been receiving these calls for about a year now as well as my brother being harrassed and I have no idea what to do about it, I even went to the local FBI office and they obviously did nothing

I got a call just like this too.  It is a scam trying to get you to send money but I just told them my lawyer said then take us to court but the bad thing is they have my social security number and birthdate but oh well, I have contacted the right ppl so they can't really hurt me.  I just go to screaming "then take me to court" and they hang up.

They actually know ur whole social.  I just tell them to sue me bcoz I know I haven't gotten any loans.  They hang up on me and it is funny too.  They call u through the computer and this is the reason u really can't understand them and when u try to call back u get some other business or it won't go through.

i am being harrassed by these people.

I had a call from John Michael from Law Office i thinks he also said from CCS with a heavy indian accent. I too have received calls from these people on several occasions stating I have legal charges against my name and ssn. I have done pay day loans this past year only and its been difficult repaying them back but it does not give these scammers right to harrass people. this guys voice is the same but always calls with a totally different name. I am looking at getting legal adivse because this sh..t is rediculous now they harrassing me at work. what the F**. I am very annoyed. most collection companies that call are very legit and do not make up [***] like these people.

i received a call about 5 or 10 mins ago a guy saying his name was charlie harper and that i had 3 serious charges against my social my home and my i.d. i was like arent u the character that charlie sheen played and he was hung up
