Going to sue us if we do not call them back first, no information offered about! Called us on our home number, not business.

Said was the IRS. Broken English, hard to understand, said I will be sued if I don't call them. I called back, got another hard to understand person, extremely rude, as far as I know, I have no problems with the IRS.

If you had a problem with the IRS, they would contact you by mail, not phone.

I just received a call with the same message. I did not give them any info and when I asked for them to send it to me in writing, they hung up!!!

robo call; identified himself as Kevin Johnson from the IRS and threatened legal action; did not ask for anyone specific

Just as an FYI, The IRS never never calls. They would contact you by mail only.

they man called him self Leo Snider with the IRS said he had a case number & that i needed to get a lawyer and pay or they would close my bank accounts and take my payroll for 5 years if i did not.   this is a scam and a fraud.

Same message have received many times I blocked the number.

Left message on recorder that he was our attorney in fact and we had better return his call that we were about to be sued.  I just called that number and no sound.  I just wanted to tell him that I reported his number. Call came 12:01pm today   Unavailable on caller ID

I called back numerous times just to mess with them cause I read all these comments, after 24 calls he finally answered.. I said can I help you, he said no and silent for a second, so I said hello again and he said with broken English, " no goodbye ." Called back and it was a disconnected number.

I have received several of theses calls. Just a recording to call back. 5 yesterday, 4 today. Haven't kept track before this.

No message left.

Seems they were pulling this same scam but from different number.
