this number that I'm complaining about had been calling me well then they started leaving voice mails saying my name and ss# were attached tho a warrant.then I got a txt two days in a row saying that a warrant had been issued and an arresting officer was on route tho my residence or work place ,, well questioned it, so I called a reporter today she called the number and started asking questions well the Mann on the other end got very upset her told her f,.... off u [***]. well she kept calling and they wouldn't answer instead  we get I'd a busy signal. ppl don't idiots scam you out of your hard earned money.

When I called them back today it went to a voicemail. And you know what is so funny they dont even know who they are calling anyway.

received a message that a warrant had been issued for my arrest, however I could with draw the warrant if I called by 10 pm today. the message said to ask for Mr. Richard Smith, attorney. The caller had a very strong accent,  not knowing what or who this was I returned the call. I asked to speak to Richard Smith and the same voice that called and left the voice mail is one in the same as the person who left the message who said his name was Mr. Morgan, head of collections department.
Mr. Smith explained that there was money given to me October 2012 and I needed to pay $896.82. I explained I that I knew nothing about any such debt and that it had to be fraud.  The names that came from his mouth following my explanation, well I'll let your imagination take it from there.  I hung up.

This person and company need to be shut down for there practices.  I truly believe this is a scam.  Be cautious out there.

I got a call from a Canada number and it stated that my name and ssn# were linked to something and that there was a warrent that was out for my arrest but if i called back by the end of the day that i could cancel it and everything would be fine.  But it told me to call 347-523-5553 and talk to Richard Smith.

When i tried to call that number 15 minutes after they called i got an answering machine and it stated that they were unavailable but to leave a message and theyd get back to me.

The same number called my office phone and they left the same message.

Got this same message today, warrant out for my arrest

got the same message today @ 2:13 pm. saying that there was a warrant for my arrest but I could get it stopped by calling attorney "richard smith"......heavy accented man left the message. these low lifes are a bunch of scam artists that don't know how to get a real job.

After freaking out I called back to tell this guy not to call me with his scam and he asked me if I wanted him to stick his d*ck in my mouth...

This number been calling  me for the same thing we need To stop this it is very agrevated it  please let's report it to the police

Garden variety Indian or Pakistani debt scammer.  Ignore and block.

This number called and stated I have a warrant out for my arrest. That is illegal debt collecting in the state of Texas. This is obviously a scam

same type of call others received, message was from Steve Robinson, Headquarters of Correction Department that said my name and social came up and at 10am tomorrow a warrant would be issued in my name and that i still had time to take care of the issue before the warrant, for me to call attorney Richard Smith at 347-523-5553 of martin and lewis LLP. the original call came from 633-519-0000. That is illegal debt collecting in the state of Texas.

Got a call that an arrest warrant would be issued by 10 a.m. the next day if I didn't call back right away. I called back and asked who I owed all this money. I was told that the company that I owed to was confidential. I told them to send out the warrant and I would contest it. He told me that I will be picked up by the police the next day. I am still waiting.

Put kettle on. They aren't coming. Enjoy the basketball.

The same thing happened to me. But i knew it had to be a scam. I never get into any trouble. Please find someone else to prank call or try to run a scam on.. I like to get the police involved.

Got a voice mail message from unknown number. Caller said warrant issued and I would be arrested by the next day. Still waiting. Morgan Lewis LLP, attorney Richard Smith. Didn't call, SCAMMERS
