Just got a call from 347 539 4269. It was an Indian fellow claiming to be from a legal office. He was very hard to understand on the answering machine. Said he needed me to call back right away. I have no legal action at this time for or against me so I imagine this was a fraud call trying to get information.

Got a call from this number.  Left message to call back right away claiming legal action which I don't have.  They claim to be from the US Treasury.  When I called back the man claimed to be an law enforcement officer.  I informed him that I knew this was a scam and I wasn't falling for it.  I also informed him that impersonating an officer is a federal offense.  He than began cursing at me.  Sounded like he may have been from India.  I also told him that I was reporting this to the FTC and US Attorney General.  He then hung up.

Some guy with a very bad accent, calling from 347-539-4269 saying it's IRS... its a scam... dont even pick up phone.

I got a call from 347-539-4269.  She identified herself as Nancy Hall from Department of Legal Affairs.  The line was disconnected, so I called back the number and it was answered by Jonathan Davis.  He asked for my attorney's information, so he can send the lawsuit documents.  I asked why and he said I was being sued.  I laughed and he asked why I laughed.  I told him he is a scammer.  LOL.  He got angry and told me to [***] off.

person by the name of Detective Ryan from the US Treasury Office about legal issue.  I had my husband get on the other line and as soon as he did, the person Det Ryan hung up.  This was definitely some sort of scam.  The person sounded as though he was from India.  Do not give out any info....

called with auto message saying a call back right away there was legal action against me this a different number then the last 5 times they have called always threatening prison or jail time, or federal warrant, ect.  IT IS A SCAM no matter what number they fake they are calling from.

Got 2 calls from this number indicating the Attorney General's office needed to have me resolve a problem with my account (not specified) immediately.  Did not call back.

Received a call from 347-539-4269. First individual had an accent maybe from India. He said a warrant was out for my arrest because I owed the IRS from 2013 taxes. He then transferred me to Inspector Kimberly Jones who asked if I had $4,800.00 to pay immediately so the warrant could be stopped. She also had an accent, both were hard to understand. When I refused to provide my cell phone number she said "f*** you" after calling me a liar and hung up on me.  I called and verified with the IRS that I did not owe any money. Do not provide ant information this is a scam.

I pretty much just had the same experience.  He has called me twice today.  First left a message, second I answered and told him if the department of treasure had business  with us we would be notified in writing.  He claimed we were notified and couldn't even quote my address correctly.

Just got the same identical call with same name . Why can't something be done to stop this harassment?

Next time these d!p$h!t$ call tell them to take shower, because they stink.  I guess showering is not part of their culture.

Same deal. Woman with heavy Indian accent claiming to be Nancy Hall from the Department of Legal Affairs... What a joke. Do people seriously people fall for this?

Woman with an Indian accent called early this morning and left a message.  She claimed to be from the Dept of Legal Affairs and that I needed to call back to discuss the lawsuit that was being filed against me.  I'm not calling her back, of course.

Just now received this same call.   I'm in Illinois

Message from 347-539-4269 Kevin Brown AKA Jonathon Davis. Talking with an India accent. He says he's an officer and works for the US Treasury. Could be a fake accent, too. Left me a message. I am reporting this.

Same happened here. Someone with such  bad English  would never work as an office for the US Treasury, LOL, also the US Treasury never calls. This guy calls himself Kevin Brown, AKA Jonathon Davis, lol!

Exactly the same happened here. I'm in California.

I came home and found 2 messages from a man with perfect English (sounded like an announcer) with the same speal.  Just received a 3rd call so I picked up and, again it was the same message, to call back. May find a loud horn or something very annoying to hold up to the phone if I ever get a real person.

Lisa Davis from the NY Dept of Treasury, Dept of Assets called my mother in Idaho and wanted my phone number.
