This is a scam reported to FTC even they confirmed it.  also go to FTC.GOV look at the dept collection for what to look for. 1-877 382-4357 . These people are idiots and will get caught.

Claim they are a federal investigation services threating to sue. When you call the number they do not identify themselves but want your name.

they keep calling how do i stop them?

I recieved call from this number yesterday saying that his client is going to sue and that if i dont settle out of court today then I will be behind bars. the man said his name was KEVIN WRIGHT he said he work for CASH NET

I am receiving the same call. the numbers are cell numbers maybe they can be traced. Should this be reported?? Kevin White says he's with ACF law, I called ACF law and made them aware that this scam company is using their firm name. I also received a call from 760-666-8186. They are only calling my job and claiming cops are coming here to arrest me - HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! I really hope that people dont fall for this :( I reported both numbers to BBB and OAG. Hope they are caught. I have been researching and this has been going on since '08. Can't believe that they can't catch the idiots and stop it.

I received a voice mail from this Kevin Wright whom might I add can't even speak English.  He said that if I don't pay him that a copy of this lawsuit that would be filed tomorrow morning (funny tomorrow morning keeps happening) said he will send a black & white copy to my employer, my references and he named them my sister and my wife (he used my wifes name/maiden name/married name which only appears on facebook that way) they would also get a copy of the lawsuit & that the references will know what type of person he is.  He said, I will watch as your children (and the scary part is he named them) watch you be arrested and sent to jail.  My wife works for a bank access to all these types of ways to track people.  I had him call my wife.  My wife asked him if he is in New York and he works for a law firm that was retained by CASHNET.  She said what is your address? He gave her 714 Terrace Plaza in Omaha Nebraska.  She said well I thought you were in NY he said we have offices in Nebraska & New York, she said so your are located in New York he said no I never said I was.  He said funny none of your information is checking out so it appears that you are not legit & he got nervous and said I have to go.  My wife told him that's what I thought your a scam and he hung up.

I got the same call, threatening that my family will watch me go to jail. What a joke.

Got the exact same call saying that if i dont pay then they will take me to coutrt felonius joka hope somebody reported them to the FBI
