First of all i understand that they are going to do a scam with me..they told me to load the money on Green Dot Moneypak and i did. but there was some problems in depositing the money into my account. they return the money via western union..

First of all i was scared to send this money..but i received money..thanks to USA Payday loans

Most people who take a payday loan will not be able to pay it off for months or even years, as the exorbitant interest continues to accrue. If it is absolutely necessary to borrow (which you are doing with a payday loan) always try a bank or credit union first. Payday loans should always be avoided. If a second or third job still hasn't helped with the financial conditions, begging on the street would still be preferable to a payday loan!

I apply for loan on line. Than i received call from3475686493 say their from lender that i gotten prove for loan $1000 but i would have to pay $100

Its illegal to ask for money like this on a loan period!

Anyone asking for money BEFORE they give you a loan is a SCAM. It is ILLEGAL.
