I just received a text from Wayne Johnston(518-503-0426) from law enforcement office. Not the name of things PD, not a badge number, but days there is a warrant for arrest out in my name. Well first, dispute the lack of information, like PD info, badge number, charge, etc..., it is illegal to send a message like that! What if that is not the person. Next, they would come to arrest u already, no one gives a heads up and ask that u call or text them(347-586-9941). Why would my attorney call u, they can't stop or change a warrant until you are  taken into custody. DUMB [***]

I received an E-mail threatening me with an Arrest Warrant from United States District Court! Issued by Wayne Johnston at 347-586-9941!

Same thing as other complaints. arrest warrant in my name. Does not answer phone

Unfortunately, there are those few that do fall for it.

I received a threatening text from tis number stating: "from Wayne Johnston (1MARKMATTHEW491) via textPlus group msg: " This is to inform you that there is a Warrant of Arrest issued on your name.  So i need you or ..." "...your retain attorney to return the call as soon as possible our number 347-586-9941.  My name is Wayne Johnston from Law Enforcement Department.".

same treats about warrant  of arrest,  who is these people that think we are stupid's or what, they try to intimidate.

I received the same text.  I called back and the guy could barely speak English, kept saying that I took out a loan from Cash Advanced America and never paid it back.  Fraud chargers are being filed against me.  I asked him to send me written verification of the debt, he replied he could not do that.  Scam!!  I hung up.

I got a text this morning from Wayne Johnson from 347-586-9941.  It said an arrest warrant  had been issued for me.   He said to call him back or have my attorney call him back.  I get sick of this stuff.

Why doesn't the Govt investigate criminals that impersonate law enforcement and fraud?

CBS News had no problem finding the boiler rooms, with camera's running. This is the point. These scams are coming from foreign countries, with Government's that could care less about scamming American's.

yes this stuff is crazy but the message I got was warrany for my arrest and to call him before it is downloaded at my courthouse and this is from same man wayne Johnson and he said he was from state investigation dept. oh boy
