I just recieved the same phone call. They had my social security number and everything. The guy was v ery rude and would not give me any information. I am not sure how they have all of my information but I will be alerting the social security administration and the credit bureaus. I am so appauled.

Just got a call from them also - they wanted money to pay back a cash advance they said i took out (which i did not).  I stopped the person and told him that i could not understand him at all and that i did not take out a loan from anyone.  he hung up.

I would like to know how they got my information?????! Pissed!!!!!!!!!

Have received a call from these people three or four times a day - can hardly understand what she is saying, alot of noise in the background. She does have my social security number.  Very worried about that.  Im also not wanting to call back, which might "telephone verify" something and then use that against me.  I would NOT call these people back if you get a phone call from them.

I just received a phone call from that a person could not understand his message except I got the telephone number.  I'm not calling them back because I have gotten a phone call from another company just last week.  I change my cell phone number because they keep calling and calling.  Now they are call my work number.  Great just what I need at work.

Rec'd several calls from this number...also my sister and mother rec'd calls from the same number leaving a message stating that I am involved in a serious matter and that they need to find me a give me the call back number. I was so mad that they called my elderly mother and scared her half to death that I called them back...The message said her name was Susan Wright from ACS. I called back and spoke to "Ricky" who had a very hard India accent. He claims that I am in default on a pay day loan. I explained to him that I have never had a payday loan. He started yelling at me and said he would see me in court. I also told them that I was filing a complaint with the BBB and calling the Attorney general in my state.I did a quick google search on ACS and the telephone number and found that these people are scammers! They already have your personal information and it appears that they got it through some security breech. I happen to be a college student and wonder if that has anything to do with where they are getting the information??

Trying to collect $300.00 from a loan i do not even have. Called them back and they changed it to $700.00.Offered to settle for $600.00 but only accept payment with a creit or debit card. I played with them saying i would use a check acct,but they said i could go to WalMart and get a Visa card and pay them. I FINALLY TOLD THEM TO GO TO @*(%.

calling harrasing and false information

I had someone leave me a voicemail from this number 347-590-4535 and they sai i owed money and would not tell me from what company or how much or aything. So i told him that i would not give him any info unless he send me something in writing or tell me the company name which he said he did not have. Well after me questioning him he stated that i will be losing my job and brung in to court for fraud. After me telling him not to threat me he got mad and hung up saying i will be going to jail and losing my job

They are scammers, do dot give them any kind oh info.

Gave them a taste of their own medicine. I called them 10 times in a row. He said to stop calling so i said I will if you do! Now his # says not accepting calls! He called my office, asked for a manger, well I own my own biz!! Now he wont answer my calls...I don't think he liked that I asked for an American citizen to deal with since I could not understand him!

The same thing happened to me!! Except all different numbers come in when they keep calling leaving rude messages. They had all my information claiming I took out a payday loan which I did not. They told me they wished me good luck because I will need it. They have thick Indian accents with fake names.

I retrieved a message from a woman with a thick (Indian?) accent, who claimed to have my social security number, and was warning me about a "case against me!"  I am not returning the call!

I just received a call from this number saying her name was Jennie Johnson, I think, talks too fast, has an accent and said that she was from ACS or something, could hardly understand her, saying she could not disclose anything in a voicemail and I need to call her back before something happens to me. I am sick of these people. Little do they know I am married to a police officer. All the numbers that have called me are on file with the police department and the FBI, Attorney General and even a lawyer. They need to be stopped scaring and threatening people.

I just got a call as well...and they called my job...then my cell...who are they....ridiculous and a bit scary how do they know all this crap?

I also received a call at work from these people, mine was a man by the name of Alan Black (at least that is what it sounded like) couldnt really understand him at all, You mention the attorney General , what city, state did you refer to, I would also like to make a complaint

recd call from this company at work and they called my mother i called back advised to send something in writing unknown male stated if i did not pay he will see me in court i dont know who they are i have tried skip tracing and nothing

They are scam..  Calling from india and i have also recorded there call
They are using some different languages.If any one receive a call from this no dont't respond them because they are scam..
