I got a call from them try to claim the money but i refused to pay the money but when i check the account and talk to holland and hart they told me that i m pending of pay day loan and then i resolve the matter with them and even i got the certificate from them

ya i got a same call i just resolve the matter due to the proof

well i just got call from them i refused to pay the money and they filed a case,and then i come to know they were right and now after all this we resolve the matter so its better to resolve early

I just got a second call from this # 347-637-6465 Holland and Hart at my work number!  The thing that bothers me is that they are giving a ss # over the phone that belongs to someone else.

This is a fraud! They got your information when you applied for an online loan which I will NEVER do again! This person Mr. Sanquez has called me on my cell, home phone, and at work!

He is very rude and tell me he has three warrants out on me because I did not pay off my pay day loan . I never got a payday loan! I just looked into it one day.
He tells me they are at the court house which is a crock of s###. When I told him I was recording the phone call, he hangs us. This is a scam. DO NOT GIVE THIS PERSON YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT NUMBER!
