ive tried calling them 2 times...same thing...rings for 1 min then it disconnects....
the callers name i believe is brian smith regarding crime religeon i think....says my friend has really gotten himself in a legal mess....what a crock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These people call me all times of the day and night and said that there was gonna be a lawsuit against me so I  told them to sue me cause they could not give me the correct information on there company and you can't understand nothing they are sayin so they hung up in my face. Now they are just calling me and hanging up.. I reported them to the attorney general and lets see whats gonna happen. They should not be calling people back to back every hour on the hour like we are stupid.

whoever he is needs to get ahold of the attorney general office in ny because that is what i did.....they are looking into it but if there isnt anyone else calling then it is pushed aside for a little bit. so if you know anyone please have them call the attorney general office to get it taken of.

This is a Scam I have reported it to the police and I blocked another number he was calling from earlier, this is a scam to get your information or to get you to pay "court fees." The guy that calls is very hard to understand and he says he is from Frank Harris law office and he has a case with your name on it, when I asked him to stop calling and just send me a subpoena his tone changed and then he told me I wasn't being sued, but I had criminal charges against me which is crap!!

I have been recieving calls from an unknown number for a couple of months now. I don't ever answer when a number come up as unknown. This number was calling me all hours of the day and night and I finally answered. He said that he was Mike Thomas. He was from the law office of Frank Harris. He said that I had applied for a loan, taken out the money, and never paid back. He would not give me the name of the company that I had supposedly taken out a loan with. I asked how he got my information and he gave me an email address that wasn't even mine. When I told him that He needed to give me a name of the loan company to give to my attorney, quickly hung up. I still get calls from an unknown number but when I answer, it hangs up.

I have been receiving calls from this number for about a week now. I generally don't answer unknown numbers, but I did this time due to their persistance. A man by the name of "Vernon Williams" advised me that he worked for the Law office of Robert Schafer and that I was being sued for a payday loan I never applied for or received, that I had not paid back. I told him he's more than welcome to send me the paperwork and serve me with a formal notice of appearance. He got very angry and told me I'm going to be arrested and sent to prison for this "debt". I let him know that in America we dont have debtors prison and he called me a b***h and hung up.

just got a call from them at 9 am. came up unknown and they said there was a lawsuit being put on me for what i couldnt understand because the guy doesnt speak good english. was going pretty crazy so i looked up the number after calling twice and being disconnected.

Was called several times about a payday loan..i called them back and tore into him pretty good. We are continuing to call him every 10-15 mins as different people. This is a blast. They keep asking for our phone number...not gonna happen..if everyone would start calling them and wasting their time maybe they will stop..man it is fun.

Be careful tho, some of these scams charge a huge rate to call them, that's usually the reason behind these scams, you don't wanna help them in the long run

I also recieved an phone call from this number. The person's name was Robin White and he was calling from the law office of Robert Shafer. I that I was in serious trouble and for me to call him ASAP and that they were gonna go at my work or talk to my surperviser and that I was gonna get fired and go to jail.

I will look into. I do not think so..they hang up alot..if this was true I think they would hold you on the line no matter what you were saying.

These ppl keep calling my cell and work number harassing me then after first call they call aging and ask if I am married.... RIDICULOUS!!!! I want it to stop!!!!

I just an email that i owe a payday loan for over 7,000 from this same number and the guy name is michael sinclair -traial attorney, he spell trial wrong what bull sh(*.

I had recvd a msg on my email today> It state that I have an overdue bill of $1,700 and if I dont respond today. Im considered as not wanting to settle this overdue bill than Im taking to court for and I have to pay back $8,100. I havent call yet to any local authorities but I will. I need help and suggestions. For sure this is a SCAM!!!!!!

I have received several of these threatening messages, 2 by voicemail, difficult to understand but clearly fraudulent.  I happened to answer once; it was a different guy.  I told him to stop bothering me, that they had my name wrong in any case, and I was not the person they were trying to reach.  Two days later I got another VM from the first guy. I am now trying to get in touch with the NY Attorney General's office to see what they are doing about this.  They name of the alleged law office that they are now using is "Robert Sheffer".

Yes i do have the number for the attroney genral and i am being serious that everyone that gets calls from this company and they say they are with some type of law enforcement you need to call the following number so we can get them taken care of. 2129614475.....please call and lets get them.
