KEEPS CALLING ME ON CELL, MY HOUSE 10+ TIMES DAILY AND NOW MY WORK.HE  SAID I'M HE'S WITH SOME INVESTGATION UNIT. SCREAMED AT THE FRONT OFFICE GIRL WHEN SHE TOLD HIM STOP CALLING I DIDN'T WORK AT THE COMPANY AND MORE SAID IF I NEW WHAT WAS GOOD FOR ME I'D CALL. SAID I OWED ON A PAYDAY LOAN FROM 05 BUT I'VE NEVER HAD SUCH A LOAN. HOW DO YOU GET THEM TO STOP CALLING.? NAME IS SUPPOSE TO BE DENNIS BROWN

i just got call from these people. the guy that left the message had a thick india accent and i could barely understand him. i believe his name was Victor Jones. he said that i needed to respond back so nothing bad happends to my social security number. not sure who these people are but they need to be stopped.

I called this company back and told them that they must have the wrong information or this is a case of identity theft. They called me a LIAR and they told me that I was going to jail and that a financial investigator will be coming to my house to arrest me if I do not pay the 17K that I don't have a clue about. I asked them what is the name of their company and they stated "FFI". They told me at first that it was State Financial Investigations. I also asked what does FFI stand for and what city and state are they located in and they said they couldn't release that information.

I got the same person calling me at the office 347-753-8138 said it was urgent that I call them back. I have no idea who this is or what it's for, but I know that these pay day places use whatever recourse they can to retrieve money, because they don't have a leg to stand on, from what I have read about these places the contracts that they have people sign are boardering illegal to begin with...this payday loan business is a racket and I can understand if someone gets stuck and can't pay them back. They are such vultures and prey on people. I know it is our fault if we take the money, but if they would work with you more than no i want it all right now today...instead of yes i can pay it back in 4 equal payments or not at all they can decide.

Don't let these people scare you.They are scam artists trying to intimidate people out of money by using "jail" and "arrest" as scare tactics.I was in a similar situation just a couple of months ago and I almost fell for it. If they refuse to give you and info about their company or written proof on the company paper about the debt then it 's a scam and tell them to stop calling or you'll report them to the proper authorities.

This number just called me and wanted to sell me prescription drugs.  I don't even take drugs.  IDK what sort of scam this guy was trying to pull.  Beware.
