Same guy left me a message and then I called back @6:30 am he threatened me and said I was going to jail

This indian guy keeps leaving message and calls me to work telling if I have an attorney..i dont know for what but I keep ignoring

I got two calls from the same guy yesterday wishing me good luck if I don't return his call. I'm going to retunr his call this morning and wish him good luck if he doesn't stop harrassing me. I have gotten calls before from a different New York phone number saying that I had a payday loan that was due May 15 that was not paid. May 15 is a Sunday, and I don't know of anyone that gets paid on a Sunday.

I got two call from the same guy saying that I have a payday loan then on tuesday a police man is going to come to my house to arrest me,

They called me and my sister today like 5 times. they called her and told he ri was getting arrested and she called me crying lol. so i called bak and he told me i had a loan and that a police would come get me tuesday if i dnt pay them 800.00 b4 then.

I received a phone call from Christine and Mark both with heavy accents....I was told that it was an attorney contacting me aobut fraud from a company that they would not tell me an exact name. They just gave the name of US Cash advance, but would not tell me the exact name of the company...they would not give me any dates, and said that I borrowed the money betwen 2009 and 2011....that is lie, i might be broke, but i do not steal nor commit fraud. I think that it is immoral that people prey on those who are in need. I cannot wait when the time comes that no one has to borrow money and there are not vultures out there who streal your personal information and completely violate innocent people.

So glad I came on here and read this information.  They are calling me with the same thing.

I received numerous calls from a man with an Indian accent who is posing as an attorney and said that I have a claim filed against my name and social security number. He called 4 times the same day with the same message and stated, "if I do not call back to arrange payments." Crazy. It's ashamed that people harass others like this. Something has to be done about this.

This company, scam artist has been calling me and 2 of my friends non stop for days now, I have never taken out a payday loan and do not work so I would never be eligible to get a payday loan anyway, and have no idea how they got my information much less my friends information as well.  This man idenified himself as Roger, he has a very thick Indian accent, he told me I was going to jail, that the police were sitting in front of my home waiting for his que to come in and get me.  I am now afraid to be left home alone, he seems to know where I live.  Is he a terrorist??  Is my life in danger?  I'm scared to death.  I am a disabled person that could not defend myself if he of one of his hit men came in here.  He said he works for a law firm but refuses to give me the name of that firm, he also told me to watch over my shoulder because they will get me.  As far as I'm concerned they are terrorists, that prey on the disabled and less fortunate. Our government needs to do something to stop these thieves, perhaps some of the people missing from this country fell to the hands of these sheisters

This guy (once again with the thick middle eastern accent) called my house yesterday and told me they were trying to reach my friend and ordered me to call her to let her know she was going to jail.  I asked his name and at first refused and then he gave me some BS name of Alex Rague but wouldn't tell me the attorney firm and refused to put a supervisor on the phone when I told him I didn't understand what he was saying. He just kept screaming at me that I better call her now or else. Then the moron demanded that I give him my friend's social security number.  I asked how in the Hell I was supposed to know that and he snapped "Watch your mouth, I'm an attorney." I told him he could be a janitor for all I knew and he called me so he better show some respect.  I told him not to ever call my house again and it is illegal to ask for a social security number over the phone and think that he is full of crap and than he hung up on me. My friend doesn't have any idea where this came from as she never took out a payday loan.  I called him today and did not get an answer.  He did eventually call back and wanted to know who called from this number.  I told him I'm onto his extorsion scam and he's going to jail because I reported him to the cops, FBI, FCC and then the coward hung up on me.  I don't think he will call here again.  I heard the New York Number is a link sending the call to Pakistan and that the FBI and FCC and others are working investigating.

Got a call from an so-called attorney. He had a deep indian accent and said I was going to be arrested if I did not send him $653.00 approx. He almost had me convienced . Binged his number and found out he is a scam artist. Don't fall for this scumbag.

JUST  GOT A CALL FROM THIS NO.  AND GOT A  SONG AND  DANCE  ROUTINE, SO I LOOKED UP THE NO. AND READING ALL THESE BLOGS  TELLS ME  I DIDNT WANT TO TALK TO HIM

They have been taking the same approach with.  I read this site and questioned the caller about their location.  I said New York.  I asked why was he filing charges in a San Francisco court.  I just told the caller that I checked them out on line and was in the process of filing a complaint on line with the Federal Communications Committee and the FBI.  He hung up in my face.

Got 7 phone calls with the same message everytime... This is a scam he threatened me and wished me good luck... As far as im concerned he needs the luck if he calls me again.. I didnt avoid the calls I truly missed them. so when i saw the messages waiting I thought it was family calling and i thought it was an emergency... now i know its a frickin terrorist tryin to get american info using a scam ploy to get info... if he calls me agin im askin him for his ss# and info tellin him that the FBI are waiting outside his cave ready to blow him up and take him in for torture......SCUMBAG

Received several phone call from this number and I did not answer the phone and he did not leave a message.  Then finally they left a message it was a guy with a very heavy accent (indian) which said he was an attorney and left his name as Roger, and that he wish me luck and hope I had and attorney because there is a warranty for my arrest and on monday the police would be comming to my home to arrest me.  I then called the number and he answered the phone toll me I owe a payday loan with a company called cash advance usa.  I asked for dates, amount, etc but he said he did not have a all that information and said I should just wait to get the papers from the police when they came to arrest me on monday.   I told him this has got to be a joke and it is not funny.  He said so you think this is funny I would be spending 6 months in jail for fraud, then he hung up.  About 10min later I received a call which on my phone said 9ll.  I answered and it was another guy with the same accent and said he was with the NY police department and want to confirm my address so he could come and arrest me.
My husband got on the phone and the guy would not say a word. I got back on the phone and he talked.  My husband then got back on the phone and said who is this  in his man voice and the guy hung up and never call back.
