Came back from South Richmond Hill, NY. New Cingular Wireless PCS LLC - DC Mobile Line. I think it's an identity theft auto caller.

Same experience as many others.  My cell phone rang once and then hung up.

called this number and got a recording about some sort of "rebate card".  Junk call in any case.

Called my phone, missed call. No message. Called back scam about suposidly having won money rebate card.

Rang once then they hung up.  No voicemail.
