I received a call from this number and do not know who it is or why the call...can not understand the caller on the answering machine...it is a foreigner.  Please have it stopped

Well I just got a phone call from a guy at 347-862-9207. He claimed to be a bill collector whom could hardly speak English, and he told me I was going to jail for stealing money from his company, Well wouldn't ya know I googled the phone number, and sure enough, he's a scammer. I called him on it and the boy had the nerve to argue with me, and then preceded to tell me to Suck his D***k! Me being the smart ass that I am, told him, "Well Honey, how can anyone suck your d***k when they can't even Fracking find the thing??" He sat there dumb founded for a second or two and man it was on, and then I told him OH wait no one can because they can't even find it with Tweezers!!!!!!!!! Bet he never calls me again! ;)

I'D LOVE TO SEE EVERYONE CALL HIM NOW AND ASK HIM IF HE FOUND HIS D***k yet, cause we are all looking and it's still NONEXISTANT!

had a call fromthis number and he was definately from india or somewhere..He threatened jail and said something about it dealing with my social..Guess from past comments these are scammers..
I want it to stop!..Its like I am on a scammers list!

some chines guy call me and try to gibe a social # he said i have a loan to paid o going to jail and i want to stop the calls because i dont have a loan from nobody

I just recently got a call from David Johnson at 347-862-9207. He claimed to be Debt Collector in legal Department he could hardly speak English he said I need to call him as soon as possible or he will take me to court.  He said I need to this much$### he said they either take Major Credit Card or Dept Card or Bank Transactions for payment.

This man called identifying himself as Jonathan Brown with PSI Department. He stated I was a criminal and legal charges were forth coming. He stated he was going to have me fired.  Yet, he won't tell me anything about this.  He even went so far as to call my supervisor.  He wouldn't tell him anything other than to tell him I was a criminal and going to jail.  I will be calling an attorney to pursue harrassment charges against this company immediately.  How do I get more information on the company to proceed?

This dirt jockey has called me at least 5 times now, every time I call back he picks a fight telling me to s*** his D***, now really? I thought the key to scamming a person was trust? Please pass this on to try and stop these jerks, I am a terminal patient and worries that my credit is being stolen is the last thing I need.

got a call from some (jamaican?) lady telling me my brother fraudulantly used my info for something or whatever.  could only understand about every 3rd word.  area code comes back as a newer number from NYC area.  now...my brother is the last person on earth that would fraudulantly use my info, and NEITHER of us have good enough credit to get a loan anyway,  my brother called him back and the guy that answered was evasive and kept saying he was suing us both for everything we are worth (ha!  what, $15???!!!  come at me, bro!) and then hanging up.  Now, what debt collector have you EVER known that would hang up the phone at any point?

total scam.  don't give these guys any info.

I have received several calls at my job from this number. This guy has a very heavy accent...and is VERY rude. He's jumped down our receptionist's throat and anyone else who answers the phone! I called the number back to see what the calls were pertaining to and they answered with "Hello!" ...no business name or anything. I gave them the number they'd called 50 times & there was no record in their "system" but wanted me to give them my name & information! Now they'd just called this number consecutive times! This guy claims his name is Brian Hawkins 347-862-9207 ext. 2566. This is nothing but a SCAM!

I got a call from 347-491-5136  and they left a message. he basiclly said the same to me. He said he was from the legal dept. and i had a lawsuit being filed on me and my s.s.#.  He called back and i answered. when i asked him what the lawsuit was about he said he couldn't say and that i needed to call back and talk to the "Senior Attorney" call him back when he hangs up with me and call the same # he called from??!! I said HELL NO. put him on the phone NOW! I'M NOT CALLING BACK. then i turned on answering machine recorder and said. YOU ARE NOW BEING RECORDED.I  said if you don't tell me what this is about then i was going to report him to the FBI the FTC theDEPT. OF AGRICULTURE. AND THE POLICE DEPT and i'm pressing charges. all of a sudden i got the dial tone!!LOL HE HASN'T CALLED BACK SINCE

this is our second round with this "wonderful" character, who calls with extremely lewd comments (when you can understand him through the thick, bothersome accent).  We are a Medical Practice attempting to do our jobs and he calls at least 100 times an hour for the past three hours.  Any questions?  Once he reported his name to be Brian Hawkins and then a second name given was John.  Very frustrating.  We have contacted local police and also telephone company.  Tomorrow... airhorn city!  Eardrums beware!

I just received a phone call at my place of employment saying that I owed money to this company for a pay day loan. I know nothing about this and informed the guy that he is wrong, that I have never received any pay day loan from anyone.  He started yelling and telling me yes I did and then preceded to call me a M_____F______. This man was totally irrate and crazy!  I guess I am not the only one receiving these phone calls!!

samething...i just recieved treat also 3x aweek.. different name.. i just dont pay attention to them.. they file what ever they want...mike hamilton, dan jhonson, keven thomson,, threatening me they gonna call my employer and reference. geee.. when they gonna stop this scammersss...they are freaking moron..

I told this jack#@% that it was against the FDCPA to call and harass me at work and then he started yelling about me telling him the law and that he was going to send his investing team(non-english speaking ) and they were going to cost me my job and get me arrested and all kinds of stuff this man has gotten me on for over $500 he has argued with my wife and called back to back over and over.  He needs to be hunted down and stopped at first he was officer David Johnson now he is David Jones I dont know how he got my social but if I have to I will pay the $500 to my lawyer to have him prosecuted

I am the director of our distribution center in Shawnee, Kansas and we continue getting calls from 347-474-7041 and were given a call back # of 347-862-9207.  This guy speaks with broken english and will not stop calling and harrasing our employees.  He is very rude and disrespectful.  The name of the company is PCS Collection Service.

Hi. I did get a call from him on my work cell number. He also had a foreign accent (left voicemail), and mentioned a social... I am glad that I googled this and found your comments before calling him back. What nerve--- I hate scammers!

This Crazy Foreign Man is calling our office saying the exact same thing as above comments.. We are making a police report! This is not legal he needs to be arrested for this scam!!! He is using foul language to the ladies here at the office.
