- meI keep ignoring the call...scam...I notified the FBI and they agree...They keep leaving messages saying they are the Attorney General's office or the Commissioner of the United States or other..yet they are Indian from India...? Go figure.
- Mel bGot a call saying I owe $ for an online cash advance, which I've never done... Asked for credit card to resolve it. Also said the sheriff would be at my home in the morning for 3 criminal charges. They could not give me dates or company info for the cash advance. Where can I report this?

- southern_girlWhile I was at work, I received a phone call from a man that said there is a lawsuit against my social security number. He spoke really fast and kept telling me that I need to have my lawyers contact their lawyer Mr. Gabriel Jones to get the information regarding this case and he keep advising me that he was not allowed to give me information concerning this matter. He kept insisting that I give his lawyer a call at 347-862-9208 and talk to him about my case. I already realize that this sounded funny, so I google the phone number and the key words "lawsuit against my social security number" and the results showed me numerous scams regarding this same matter. First of all, if you are being sued at all, you will be notified by mail or a sheriff officer will give you the summons personally. No one will call you telling you about the lawsuit and refuse to answer your questions. Report this to the FBI and inform them that these people have personal information as well as your social security number. The FBI will let you know that this is called "Phishing". Phishing is attempted by people who buy out old debts or pay for old debts on the black market in means to take over your identity.

- Cali girl| 1 replyI too received a call from Frederick Bell (thick indian accent) from the Law Offices of Stacy S..There are 3 criminal charges against me and that I need to call them now or else...I work in Litigation and I know the laws and what you will be served with if you are indeed being sued...This is a scam and do not give them your info. You have to be personally served if there is an actual lawsuit. Additionally, there will be a locating service that will call you first to inform you that there is a claim against you and give you the number to the company to resolve it before it goes to full litigation. It is called Pre-Litigation. Good luck Indian scammers...

AND i MEAN EXACT, 3 pending cases.. and if I don't respond in 3 hour they will send it to EVERY legal entity in my county (NEVER said the name of my county) they mentioned something to the effect several times... but never mentioned the county...
and a terrible Indian accent nearly impossible to understand! - TheresaI received message from Vic Garcia with the Law Office of PCS stating that I have criminal charges pending against my social security number and if I don't want lawsuit brought I need to call back right away. Also threatening to contact my family and employer. Says that he can not leave anything else in the message so call back to get more details. A scammer for sure. I won't call back.

- azSo I have been getting calls from this fool for the past few years off and on. I never answered his calls because I knew it was a ridiculous scam but this time I did answer. He gave the same bs as he has done to I'm sure countless others and I just snapped. I told him he was full of s***, that I knew he was lying, and that I was reporting him and I wouldn't stop until I saw him on the news being arrested!

- ElaineWhen I got off work there was message stuck on my locker. This fool call my job leaving a message to call FDC IT'S EMERGENCY 347-862-9208. I tore up the paper and put it's in the trash....

- annoyedThis fool called me with the same deal about lawsuits on my social security number, telling me I needed to call back right away or the local sheriff's department would arrest me at my place of work in the morning. Luckily, I'm smart enough to know how our legal system works. I will NOT be calling them back, it's a total phishing scam.
Also, I just want to comment on how stupid and poorly run these guys are. First off, I've never gotten in any trouble in my life (not even pulled over in my car) So it's funny to me that they try to bring up legal charges on me. hahaha. I'd also like to think that if they've been doing this for as long as it seems they have, they would be a little more practiced. All I know is that when they left me a message, the english was completely blocky, like the guy had no idea what he was saying or he was reading poorly off of a paper.
Either way, these guys are obviously piece of crap losers that have no life and will probably never be succesful in anything they will ever do. In a way it kind of makes me happy to see that they've failed with so many people. I hope they spend the immediate future failing at this joke of a scam and then get arrested. If they don't get arrested and continue to do this, I hope they at least know how meaningless their joke of an existance is.- Caller: PCA or PCS or some other [***] name bogus legal firm
- snickersThis person called me at my work and gave the last 4 digits of my SS# then said I had to contact them before further action was taken . Definately a scam company !!

- WhateverI have been getting several calls a week from these Indian scam artists. Yesterday was this number claiming if I don't call back within 6 hours I will be picked up by police tomorrow. Any right person knows that a " debt collector " can't arrest you at work without taking you to court first. Plus, if you can't tell me what the debt is for. THis is just someone who purchased your information to harrass you. I have a ongoing report with my local police department, the ftc, and also donotcall.gov. If you call your local police they will even call the people.

- Annoyed22Can you just tell your supervisor that the whole thing is a scam? One of the reasons these thieves are sometimes successful is that they will threaten to get you fired by continuously calling your work place.
- SkeetergarI have been getting the same thing!..I got yet another one today and they gave out my last four of my social and then said they would be faxing information to the court house of Florida????...Really???They have already called my work..But I let the office know its a scam..Don't know whatelse to do..But this is VERY annoying!
- BlackNightThese clowns have been calling me for a few years now. I wasn't at work on Friday and they called my work place. They claimed to be from PCS. The clown told me my last four of the SS# and stated that there were several cases against my name and SS#. He asked me if the last four digit belonged to my social security card. I explain I don't give out my social securtiy number to anyone over the phone. He said I guess you want to go to Jail. I told him I'm ready.

- jenI have been getting the same messages and the first time I was worried, now I know this is a scam...
- xYeah these guys are your basic rude scammer types. I like the idea of wasting their time, but alas i don't have the time to deal with them myself. I'd like to see this operation hit with a drone strike personally. I might feel guilty in the morning, but it'd be worth it.
