They say they are calling from ACS Legal Services regarding a payday loan which I have never had.This number has been calling my cell and work all day. I had 20+ calls at work stating it was an emergency and needed to call back ASAP. It was a Jason or Jim Anderson who kept calling...He was foreign, sounded indian. They are very threatening and harassing. They want my information but are not getting anymore then what they already have. I have reported this to local law enforcement as well as the California (this is where they say they are located)and Kentucky Attorney Generals.

This is very scary! I live in Florida. I have been getting calls from this number today. I received a call on my house phone first, then my cell phone, and oddly enough my best friend got a call from the same number asking for me. I am completely creaped out now as this caller had all of my information.

They called me today saying that I owe $5,000 and will go to prison unless I pay immediately. I told them that I was reporting the call to police.

I have received numerous calls from this number as well.  I found out if you have ever applied for a Payday Cash Loan then that is how your information was obtained.  Once you threaten to report them to the police the calls will stop.  They claim to be from ACS legal department and go by the name of John and Neil Smith.

Wow I am so glad I looked this up but stupid me gave my debit card but I went to my bank and luckily enough the charge did not go through.. Yes Indian accent and yes then anme of Neil Spencer or Jeff WIlliams!  347-844-6654..They called my office 5 xs and I was out sick and harrassed my co-worker who said to stop and I am on the verge of being fired...They need to be stopped!!!!!!Again claiming to be from ACS ............This gut is a sneaky jer!

They also use a website acsinccorpusa@gmail.com.....They aslo for a debit card and your license DO NOT GIVE THESE CREEPS ANY INFO, IF YOU DID GO RIGHT TO YOUR BANK!

SCAMsters calling from 646 224 9884 named Keith Mcnaulty and Brandon Smith from ACS trying to collect money from a payday loan that I defaulted in December, but they couldn't give me any other info.  It sounded suspicious.  I'm so glad I researched this.  I don't know what other information they have from me.

This clown by the name of Jeff an the other one's name is Mark Kingston. they start blowing up my cell phone 30 calls in less then 5 minutes talking about they are some legal team an they want my card # they even faxed me paper work... now yes I did take a payday loan an I paided it back in full... these [***] thought someone was stupid...they are Indian not sound like they are...an in the back ground you can here them calling an harrassing other ppl.. there # is 347-457-3023..or 508-436-6828... these are the most recent numbers for those scam artist... please dont be foolish an give them your info. The last time they called me iI told them to go ahead an take me to court, an stop calling my phone...
