It's a scam, they are pretending to be from a pay day loan company.

These folks are dirtbags...not cops,its illegal to represent yourself falsely..let alone threaten you with warants...one day this dude was a deputy..a few days later he changed his pitch to federal crimes..quite a promotion for a TSR making min.wage..

Which is it there shilly, a loan scam or help the needy? Making an illegal advance fee loan and scamming them out of money is not helping the needy- oh wait, its your pockets you think is helping the needy!  You are highly delusional if you think anyone is buying into your story's here.

Claims to be Eric Jackson from he tried to say department of justice but his English must be atrocious as he could not make a complete sentence. I contacted my local fbi and gave them the information and they told me this is a scam and had me fill out a complaint. Dont take their phone calls or messages

They are from Fincen.gov,its department set to protect bank & bank assets against defaulters.

I have recieved 3 emails.  one being the same as carries.  the last one telling me today is the last day to resolve this or they send it off and file in court, and showed an amount.  i checjed website on email it is legit.  but when i call the number i either get disconnect notice. or a non english speaking person saying leave name and number.  if it was a legit company i would think there voicemail would be different

I just received a call from this number saying that he was an officer from the department of state of bureau of investigation, saying they had a complaint against my name and social security number, then threatened that I will be arrested if I don't call and notify myself. What a joke, I couldn't even understand half of what he was saying. I plan to call back and give a few choice words, and report him to the police/fbi.

I got a call like the others posted above -- heavy accent saying that he was from the Department of Investigation-something-or-another and that the message was for Rhonda who has charges against her.  But, I received the missed calls and messages after missing two calls from 911--which really alarmed me.  So, I called the number back, didn't identify myself, but told the heavy accent guy that he had the wrong number for Rhonda.  He told me, "Okay" and that he removed my number from his list.  I thought his call might have been related to the 911 calls, but now I'm not so sure...  I get that he's a scammer, but now I'm not sure if I was actually called first by the police.  Do the police even use 911 to call people?  Now I'm worried...  :(
