Its a very believable scam involving job offer from Rebecca Mitchell about a company called Valviola Traiding SA out of St. Moritz in Europe.

U are right. Rebecca Mitchell is working under this phone. Ive just done a training with her in NY. I like this lady because she is really nice boss.

She will make you believe you are working with their money. Make a transfer to your account you withdraw it and shell have you send it to some ad agency in Eastern Europe for your marketing materials.  Then 2 days later the money gets reversed out of your account and she is nowhere to be found.

Try calling her number now. I confronted her and informed her she has been reported to the FBI internet scam operation and the U.S. Attorney General has an interest in her and the company also. She should be burned at the stake.

Rebecca Mitchell is a [***]. She makes herself look nice, but when I found out (2 days after starting to work for "valviola traiding") that it was fraud and that in the end I was going to get screwed by them, I confronted her and she send me an email saying "[***] stupid [***]".
I went to bank of america to find out about the account she gave me to use for withdraws. It end up being someone's elses acount, not valviola's, and that account was being use without the knowledge of the account owner. His identity got stolen+his checking accounts. Be very careful, they make money out of people like you and me that are desperate in this economy.

I got scammed by her as well. Can anything be done to stop her and get our money back?
4000 down the drain. maybe she works for Bank of America that is how she is getting all these account numbers and their routinges
I am really sad, I thought credit cards companies are suppose to protect us by making sure that all transactions are legit. they show you the payment pending then it gets posted the next day and  days later it shows up as returned. how are we suppose to know?

who can I can to report this person? Any chance of getting any money back?

Also, watch out that she gives you a banking account from Chase Bank. Just like the BoA account, it is not really in the name of Valviola.

Its over she is not calling or emailing me back...i got scammed by her... i reported her to the FBI and made a police report. God willing someone will catch this sharmuta.

Same thing happened here, I am dow $2,500.  Now my credit card  company closed my accounts, because I made payments to the account about four time for the same item and it got rejected.  To be honest I don't beleive this is her real name, because the person I spoke to sound Oriental.  Anyone of you still have your shipping labels she sent.  I am going to go to the USPS and see if I can obtain a signature.  There has to be some signature becasue it went through custom.  I hope she got fried and spend more than what she took from everyone.  Try dialing the number now, you get another person's voice.

Really, who are you?  Well if you know this lady to be such a great citizen, why don't you help talk to her to send everyone money back!.  Are you her or her partner?

She needs to be caught, this becoming a national fraud case...more people getting trapped by her every day...call your district attorny  and file a claim at www.ic3.com. what email address she used to contact you? mine was Rebeccamitchell@valviolatr.com. I am sure someone out there can track her down.

That is the same e-mail address.  I already file a claim with Internet Crime Complaint Center. (IC3).  Did you try dialing the number, isn't it someone else's voice?  I do hope the catch this person,  It would be money well spent.

I certainly hope that IC3 does something about this woman.  I have also filed a complaint.  I urge any of you out there that got scammed to also file a complaint.  The more of us to file the better the chances for FBI to pursue.
