Received call saying someone was trying to hack our computer.  Said we had been receiving notices(which we have not) about someone oversees trying to gain security through our computer.  When the call was transferred to my supervisor they hung up.

Got a call asking if we had Windows on our computer.  My husband told him he couldn't understand him (he didn't speak English very well) and he got mad and started calling my husband a m***er f***er.  My husband could hear other people in the background making calls as well.  I told him to hand up.  They have not called back...yet.

These people use different numbers for their scam.  I got a call from this number today, but didn't answer.  They called multiple times from 631-402-9184.  On 2/3 I answered and an accented man went into his Windows dialogue, but I cut him off.  I told him I had researched the number and know it is all a scam.  I also told him that if they didn't stop calling, I would report them to the FCC.  So now they are calling from a different number.

Got a call from 352-364-5973 today. Didn't leave a message.

The caller said that our Microsoft computer was being hacked.  I told him I didn't use MS Windows. The caller again said he wanted to speak to the owner of the computer using MS Windows. When I refused, he told me our computer would be hacked and called me a son of a b***h.  Glad I irritated him as much as he did me.  Going to file a formal complaint.

The person(s) barely spoke English and were trying to obtain personal information from Senior Citizens and trying to get them to go to their computer to obtain their info. When we asked for a number to call them back, it was followed by a long pause. So we repeated the question and then they hung up.  Other callers could be heard doing the same thing in the background. BEWARE!

Same thing just happened to me.

Received call today from 352-364-5973 and didn't leave a message but after reading other posts on this website would suspect same that it was a computer hacker as last week received two calls from area code 845 and answered first call and it was a guy who couldn't speak English very well saying about computer issues with my computer. When I asked him what type of computer I had in my possession he never answered and was a jerk! Hung up on him

Same message as the person at the top of the list.  Call saying someone was trying to hack my computer.
I wasn't nice and told the gal that she was full of SH..! and hung up.

Same for me, the guy insulted me when he realized that he have waisted 20 min at the phone. I known this kind of scam and I played with them LOL

Just received a phone call from an obvious call center. The ID came up as "FL Realty". Ref Windows on my PC. Caller said he was with Windows Service Center.

If this number calls you BEWARE...352-364-5973..total scam trying to get info...he was telling me he worked for Windows and since i was licensed user his job was to help me look at messages on my computer that i couldn't see... I gave him a hard time didn't give any info!!!  Working in Fraud department definitely heightens awareness!!! When i hung up googled the number...sure enough complaint after complaint of this scammer. Pass on.

Repeated calls, so far. All I get is "good bye" and a hang up presume robo tele market call based on research of others

Now doing a VOIP magazine scam.  Fishing for information which I did not give out.
