I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message

They called, I did not pick up, no msg left. Caller ID show Esch-sur-alzette

Initial message says they can lower interest rate. No "remove from do not call list" option. Pressed 1 to go to operator. Asked him to remove my # from do not call list. He would not do it. Hassled me instead. Very rude. Indian type accent. Not sure if that means over seas call center.

Sorry, I made error in prior message. I asked to have my # added to their do not call list.

Second day in a row they called.  Never leave a message.  Glad I didn't answer per the messages here from others.

Same thing just happened to me. An elderly woman answered that spoke broken English. I asked her if her # was given by error and I heard F$@%k You from a man on the line! I also wanted to be put on do not call list and that is why I pressed 1.

Played along with operator - man with accent from India. Gave him a bogus number. Man got nasty and said info I gave was b.s. I told him that wasn't very nice. Said more about me giving him b.s. When I asked him to put me on the do not call list he said he is putting my number into the Google database so I would get 100 calls a day.

Credit card scammers

Just called, did not answer, no message left.

SCAM!!!   Message said to press 1 to talk to operator but I pressed 8 and it still went through.

Just had a missed call. No VM left. Says its from Luxembourg. Son is traveling internationally, so a little worried at first, until I checked here.

Message was to lower interest rates on credit card.  I typed "1" to speak to an agent.  I politely asked that they remove my name from their list and their response was "shut up" and they hung up.

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who posts here.  I always consult this site before calling back an unknown caller.

Called pressed one, it is a scam to get your CC number, I kept him on the line as long as I could so he could not call anyone else,
He even called me a f***ing piece of SH** for doing that.

They left no message, I didn't answer

I get calls on a regular basis, to tell me they can lower the interest rate on my credit card. Apparently they are not aware that I don't own a credit card...  Do Not Call List... what a joke.
