Same here: two calls now, nothing said either time. The number looks like a faked one.

Left no message. Called back again and I hung up instantly. How nice that these jerks and scammers can use faked up numbers and area codes.

TIme to put THIS scumbag's number in my Panasonic phone's "block" list. I doubt I can get anything done by contacting the "do not call" website, or, ho ho, my phone company that makes money letting these parasites play games.

Left no message. I called back and got a recording that this number is not in service. Not sure how a number not in service can show up on my caller ID.

Got 2 calls in one day from this number.  Same jerks who keep calling from several other numbers I have blocked.  Says it's from Card Member Services and they want to lower my credit card interest rate - no specific card.  I tried to block this number and it can't be blocked because it is not a valid telephone number!  They are scammers trying to get info on your credit cards.  How do you stop these jerks?  I'm on the NDNCR and I have selective call blocking on my phone - still they get thru!

Just got a call from this number.  I answered and nobody was on the line.  After a minute the line was disconnected.  Googled the number and there is no such area code.  These low lives keep calling from many different fake numbers.  Sometimes they use actual phone numbers that they spoofed but mostly from fake numbers.  When you block one number they call from several different other ones.  Reported to DNC but does no good since they call from several different fake numbers every time.

I agree with you 100%.  Why aren't the authorities doing something about this illegal [***]!!  I have the same feature on my Panasonic phone and it is full.  You are only allowed 30 numbers to block.  There should be no limit.
