Called my landline and left a recorded message.  States that it is the IRS calling and they are about to begin a lawsuit against me.  Must call back immediately.  Yeah, right.  I have no IRS problems and that's not how the IRS operates.  Block this scammer

Message said IRS, they were filing charges on me. I've been disabled for ten years and am not required to file. I called the number back and a foreign sounding man answered IRS. I proceeded to tell him it was a scam! He got nervous and said don't call him back and hungup. Lol

They've call twice in the past and again today. I called them back and said his name was Micheal & had a bad accent. He said he was with  IRS had a law suit against me in the amount of $5,370. They also knew my home address after asking me my name. I did not disclose any further information and hung up on him. It was until then I realized it had to have been a scam attempt.

Number calls and states an IRS lawsuit is pending. These people barely speak English, and when you call them back, they are flustered.

The # of thesevscammers is from Bellevue, WA. I just emailed the Police dept for that City.

NEVER give any info to Anyone. All they have to do is Google anyone's name and then they can pull up your Address, Family Member Names/Ages, etc.

Same exact thing happened to us! Hahha They actually blocked us from calling them, since we turned the tables and started calling them non stop. (it's free minutes, why not!)

Did not answer when the number appeared on caller ID. A  voice message recording stated it was the IRS with final notice of a lawsuit being filed; no other information provided. Requested a call to the same number. I know people who work for the IRS. That's not how they operate.

Same here, I let it go to voicemail.

I have been calling them and messing with them but I think they blocked me because now I get a generic vm saying the person I'm trying to reach is not available.  LOL

Received a voice mail from someone stating that this is the IRS and this is official and a final notice. The IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and to get further information about this case file, call immediately 360-200-4315. I don't think so.

Same here, twice today!!

My husband had sent me a text saying to check the voicemails because there was a message from the IRS from 360-200-4315.  The voicemail was automated and said "The IRS has filed a law suite against you and please call 360-200-4315 immediately".  I did call the number back from my work phone and an Indian man had answered and said "Internal Revenue Service".  I had then hung up immediately and researched this on the internet and found this website about the scam.  I work in payroll and process garnishments and IRS Levies and do talk with the IRS from time to time.  The one thing that I always knew, is that the IRS doesn't call you.  They will send out letters/correspondence to your home address only. If this scammer does call again and catch me at home, I plan on telling them off and putting them in their place.

I got a message on my answering machine this afternoon "this call is officially a final notice from the IRS," claiming the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and to get further information about this case file, call immediately 360-200-4315.  I called the no. and a man with an Indian (from India) accent answer with something like "agent ......"  I asked him agent from where?  He said "IRS."  Then I got disconnected.  I called again and got a message that the no. is busy.

An obvious scam.  I have no problem with the IRS.   I'd like to see these people caught.

I called this number back and an Asian woman answered saying she was the IRS and how may she help me, I told her that she called me and i was returning her call and then asked me who I was and I told her that she should know by my number that should have came across her caller ID and then she hung up on me

Received same IRS message from two different phone numbers on the same day.

 IRS Telephone Scam- automated message threatening lawsuits by the IRS.  Won't bother calling back. The IRS NEVER calls and leaves messages
