Claims to be an IRS agent.  Left phone number to return call. Line is busy, busy,.  I believe this is a Fake call.  I am calling the IRS to verify this number.  Claims I owe taxes.

Received 3 calls from 360-200-4686, no message. When I called back they identified themselves as the Internal Revenue Service. The person I spoke to was not a native English speaker and identified himself as Attorney Marcus Brown with the IRS and indicated that they had received a complaint against my name. Nothing he said made any sense. I told him that I didn't believe that he was with the IRS and he said, "Goodbye," and hung up. I blocked this number, but found similar stories on the Internet about people using this name and claiming that they are from the IRS. Super Scam!

They called leaving a message saying I'm guilty of IRS fraud. I called back they said I owe the IRS $1900. They said if I didn't pay at the time I can expect the police to be at my door within 48hrs to arrest me. I told them that's bs and laughed.

Marcus Brown was the name I was given as well.

Got an automated call from this number.  Also state name was Marcus Brown with the IRS and claimed someone fraudulently used my name.  Total BS.

This man called me and said that "Officer Marcus Brown" was handeling my case, and that I am being charged with tax evasion  he stated that they audited me from 2009-2013 and kept accusing me of not paying my taxes. he said that I was going to be contacted by the police department.... not which police department... just a police department.... this is such a scam.  Block this number.

Recorded call, introduction IRS Fraud Division. Did not listen to rest of call.

Received call stating I needed to contact Marcus Brown with the IRS, because tax fraud has been committed against my social security#. I didn't listen to entire call.

Received recording call from this number posing as the IRS. Gave the agent name as Marcus Brown. I was suspicious because the message was not repeated except for the call back number of 360-200-4686. When you call the number it is either busy or rings & rings. I am curious what the results if any are from calling this number back.

Just received a call from 360-200-4686 with a computer message to call (it sounded like Mark) Brown.  When I called the number back.  I was told I was in fraud with the IRS and I owed over $3000 and if I did not again to take care of this matter now over the phone, the cops would be at my door with hand cuffs and I would be detained for 72 hours, and it will cost me more money.  I told him I never received any document of this matter.  Please send and I will work on taking care of this without the courts being involved.  “I cannot do this; you will not have those 24 hours.  Well I guess the cops are coming after me, because I’m not paying anything without papers for me to look over.   Well the cops will have them for you then.  This person on the phone started getting loud with me, even more so when I keep asking for something in writing.

I received a  phone call as well stating i owe the irs and that i had a complaint in his office but when i called back it didnt sound like it was in a professional  setting  i advised him i was getting  a lawyer and  going to sue for obtaining  my information  without  my permission  he hung up

I received a call from "officer" Marcus Brown from (202) 480-8095, he gave me a badge number AT966290DC and tried to make me believe I was about to be arrested for tax fraud. He is full of it, I'm glad I checked this site b4 I let him go any further.

I reseived a call from a recorded message saying that i need to call 253 336 6667 for officer marcous brown badge number AT966290DC. He stated that i have a warrent for my arrest and i need to pay 1600 dollars before 4PM. I contacted tje local police to check the badge # and case #.  They stated that its a scam and if he calls back tell him i contacted the local authoritys and when i did tell " officer marcous brown" he said mmhhm and hung up

Have been getting a call from 3602004675 for a few days and finally today they left a message to call back about a fraud claim against me. It rung and rung than stopped and rung again and went dead. Called back this time someone answered Officer Marcus Brown gave me case numbers badge number DJ9194  and went on to say a case of fraud was bought against me for irs. I was like wait a minute I been doing my taxes since I was 18 never had a problem because I use a tax prep company. So he went n and said I owe 2580.00. I was like ok why am I just now getting notice I never received anything in the mail nor have I received anything from my prep office. I told him I wanted to speak with his superior and he went on to say he was and if I didnt take care of it the police will be at my door in 30 mins. I told him well I will call my local police department and see what this is about and he went on to state they do not have it and it has to be handled now or else. I had this call before but at that time he was attorney marcus brown and I heard that voice before. I told him the irs wouldn't call like this but send out forms and letters. Let alone you do not even speak good english but foreign and you keep denying me a supervisor which they would not do either. I told him do what you got to do and hung up. Now I see it was some bs again trying to scam our hard earn money. This needs to stop. Please be aware people are out here like this and dony care whom they hurt. Always good to goggle.

Have been called several times by a woman.  First two were to tell me to call her or have my lawyer call her right away or the sheriff would come and arrest me for tax fraud.  This tiime a woman told me the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me.  I won't be returning any of these calls.

I have  been called several times by this marcus brown as well telling me that I have a warrant out for my arrest and claims to be from the irs.

I received the same call today. It's a scam.
