This number is from Washington state. This caller did leave an automated message. The female computerized voice said a company name but it was unrecognizable. It said "blank" company is filing a lawsuit against you, please call this number back.
What a joke...no one receives just a phone call for a lawsuit. This is done by mail and an official letter. SCAM

Just got a call from this # saying "company" has been trying to reach us and is filing a law suite against us and need to call this # back as soon as possible. I don't feel this is legit. Don't call back.

Received a message on my voice mail - automated female voice stating they had tried to reach me several times, this was their last attempt.  The IRS is filing a lawsuit against me.  Call 360-262-6457 immediately for more information.

IRS does NOT call people.  They submit everything in writing.  This scam was on the news the night before!

Rubbish. IRS lawsuit? Call 360-262-6457. First thing they'll ask us for is our Social Security number. Then a bunch of personal information.Perfect phishing. I'm not returning their idiotic call.

Also received a call that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me.

Received call mentioning an IRS lawsuit and to call back on 360-262-6457,    Assume this iss a SCAM and not returning the call.

I got the same message detailed above.  I tried to call them back to see who it was but there was no answer.

I called back and was told i had been audited and was underpaying at 2900 approx over last 5 years - guy gave a badge number and said a warrant would be issued against me - he had my address and name - it was creepy that this scumbag could have details about the registered user of a phone line so easily

Scam

The message was exactly as written above by Patty.  This is obviously a scam.

Message from IRS. Same as others. Called back. They told my that I needed to get in a taxi, drive to the back and make an wire transfer to the IRS right away. I told him it would take at least an hour to get to my bank. He said he'd wait on the phone with me while I went. What a joke. I then proceeded to tell him that I didn't feel comfortable with this and wanted to verify the phone #. He said he'd wait on the phone. I googled it and found this website. When I told him it was a scam he informed me that they were issuing a warrant and the police would be at my house to arrest me and that I was looking at major prison time and they would take all property and bank accounts. What sleeze! Get a real job and earn your money like the rest of us!

Same EXACT and phone IRS lawsuit notice. They folks need to be caught and punished, ideally by the IRS!

Sounds like a scam to me...

Same as most of the above.  I am tempted to call them just to waste their time.  Maybe a whole bunch of people could call and tie up their line.  I wonder if this scam works, if any one has sent them money.

I got the same phone call as listed and was recently a victim of identity theft.  I have been dealing with the IRS and filled out every thing required. After getting that call I spoke to the IRS again and if you have received one of these calls you should go to www.tigta.gov and report it using the red tag you will get a pin number so you know it is the government calling you.

call that IRS was trying to reach me "final notice" last time this happened I called and asked who they were and tried to get info out of them, crooks!
