This number belongs to "OptumRx" ... a mail order prescription drug fulfillment company. If you use this company for any of your periodically renewed prescriptions, you will get reminder calls from this number about expiring prescriptions.

Unwanted calls are still spam

I agree. These people have no right to try to pump up their sales by reminding someone that a refill may be requested today.

I am taking 11 medications a like that they call to let me know when I can refill a medication as they all fall on different dates. Pump up sales ? There letting me know when to refill 11 medications that are all 90 day supply scripts, one less thing I have to deal with regarding my health .If you do not want these reminders simply opt out. There not spam calls.

Thank you for letting me know it is OptumRx as I have had my prescription filled by them and just recently switched.  I agree that it is a good service for them to call and check as I know others who have failing memories and appreciate these calls.

Glad to know its Optum Rx - They should leave a message about why they are calling and save us all some time.  Otherwise, stop calling!!

I don't know why they called me. I now use the local Rx store. The last time I used optum I sent for my pills w/ 24 days (pills) left. It took 26days to get my meds. Had to go 2 days without my b/p pills 2 different kinds. Called there customer service they told me to get samples from my dr. Didn't know what was going on or were my pills were . NIT-WITS. It cost me 4 dollars for 90 pills. More a Rx . My local store has them ready for pick up. They will also deliver for free. WELL WORTH THE THE 8 BUCKS. A lot of people at work had the same problem. Optum is the pits. Total nit-wits. Or co. Says they are looking for someone else . I HOPE!!!!

If it's Optum Rx, why don't they fix their caller ID to show the name? I hate it when businesses don't have their caller ID fully working, and then they wonder why it's so hard to get in touch with you.

Love OptumRx.  Never had a problem and have been using them for years.  They usually do leave a message.

I use Optum RX and they just now called.  It came up as Washington Call.  I thought WTF?  And proceeded to shake.  They should show their name on the ID box and I am calling them back to tell them just that.  Reminders are nice, but to know exactly who is calling is a lot better!
