The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given their card number to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!

Do NOT answer any call that you do not recognize the number.....nor let your answering machine pick up.  Every time you answer, you are telling the scammers that they have reached a good working number & will continue to harrass you.  If you don't answer, they will eventually move on to someone who answers.....use some common sense!

I don't always have the time, but whenever I can, I press '1' or whatever to get connected to someone.  Sometimes I set the phone down, sometimes have it on speaker, sometimes I talk to them and keep asking them to speak up, or tell them there breaking up.  I want to waste some of their time.  My wife has asked me not to threaten them so I do not do that, when she is home.  What are they going to do? call the police?  yea, go ahead and do that, please do that.

Received call from 360-322-6737 on 2/26/14 at 4:23 pm ET. Scammers.  They just keep calling, and calling, and calling.  Too bad there is nothing that can be done to stop them, unless one has a blocking feature on their phone line. And that only blocks them until they switch to a different phone number in a few days.

These morons call me at least three times per week and leave a message on my answering machine. Each and every time it is "this is your second and final notice as it relates to the financial stimulus". They want my credit card info to supposedly lower my interest rate. Well, I don't have any credit card dept and I just wish that they would quite calling and leave me alone. How do you get them to stop calling me and trying to pull this scam on me?????

Phishing for your info under the pretense they can lower your credit card interest rates.  Funny, they can't run my credit report to determine whether I qualify?

    (360) 322-6737 Robo call recorded 26 February 2014 ("Lower your interest rate...second and final notice..." ) Credit Card SCAM

    Caller ID: "Not Available"

    Also called recently from: (360) 322-6685 | (360) 322-6687 | (610) 664-4741 | (856) 783-8783 | (706) 805-1776 | (360) 322-6708 | (616) 980-2164 | (616) 980-2063 | (616) 980-2030 | (616) 613-2228 | (616) 613-2199 | (215) 383-3414 | (415) 333-9999

Only twenty-four hours have gone by since their last barrage, they changed their number so they're getting past my call blocker. I wish I had a quarter for every time a robo call voice said "...this is your second and final notice..." Ha! Indeed! We're also on the Do Not Call list. Says something about their business ethic, doesn't it?

Don't answer your phone, people, if you don't recognize the number.

[female voice] "This is a very important message about your current credit card accounts. This is your second and final notice to lower your credit card interest rate and payments. Press 1 now to find out the terms conditions and associated changes before the next billing cycle. Again, this is your final notice as it relates to the financial stimulus. So press 1 now to take advantage of this today."

I have taken down the numbers that call me and blocked their calls through my phone company.  (I do this through the internet, since I have a phone through my cable company).  I am allowed up the 30 numbers to block.  Unfortunately, I have had more than 30 numbers from them and have had to erase their old numbers to put the new ones in, but doing that has really reduced the number of calls I get.  At one point, I was getting 6 calls a week.  After listing them, they completely stopped for a few months and each time I would get a call, I would put in on the "block" list.  They have started up again at about 3 times a week, but I'm blocking each number.

My Senators office told me a few months ago the no call list is working. It must be nice to live in a dream world. I called her office today to tell them I still get unwanted calls almost daily. I'm going to call her back tomorrow and ask to get a waiver from the federal tax I pay on all our phones. Why pay them if they can't do anything right. By the way I live in Massachusetts

The DNC list is not effective against criminals, spammers, scammers, political callers, survey organizations, or charities.  It is not meant to block calls from those parties.  Its purpose is to stop calls from legitimate telemarketers, and does a pretty good job at that.

Golly gee whiz, the said it was my final notice, but wait, so were the last 50 calls too. I guess it was just my final notice for today, or maybe just this hour, or minute, as I'm sure I'll receive yet another final notice soon. Just like next week, I'm sure I'll receive my 43rd 2nd notice about extending my car warrantee.

I keep receiving calls about lowering my credit card interest rate. Or the automated teller says its my last chance to qualify for the rate... I do not have any credit cards. I press the button to "find out more" and try to tell them to put me on their do not call lost and they hang up on me everytime.

You already know what it's about so no use in being redundant. The calls are coming out of Marysville, WA. I see Credit Card Services showing up on my Caller ID so I don't bother answering them but it's just that they keep on calling and wasting my 10 seconds to grab the phone and seeing who's calling.
