Somebody.  Is.  Pulling.    A.  Scam.   360-761-4364.   Or.   360-347-1373.  This. Is Julie. Green.                   Or.  John.   Davis. Ext.1480.   This.  Is no.  Zjl1023.  This the.  Security.     No.4205.    Also. I  been approve.  For  the. $8,000.  Grant.  But.  Wanted. Me to go to Walmart.  And get a.  Prepaid.  Card.   $4.95.    And the.  Fee. Of. $   200.00

Received a call stating that I received a grant of $8000 from the federal reserve.  and that I needed to call this number and give them a Money Approval Number MS407 and security code 9174.  Seemed too good to be true.  However, they had my name and address correct.  but if they were calling from Seattle (206-801-0782

Things to believe:

• There ain't no such thing as a free lunch.
• If it sounds (or looks) too good to be true, it probably is.
• You have not won big bucks from a benign benefactor, a pot of pesos from PCH, dinero from a doctor, a car from a caller, or a grant from a gracious government    <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
• The tooth fairy really does not exist
• Everything you read on the internet is not necessarily true.
• It is illegal to ask for money for a loan or prize, before awarding the loan or prize!
• "Free Trips" are loaded with mandatory & costly extras, and you usually must give them your card number after listening to a loooong spiel at a hotel.
• Microsoft or one of their agents did NOT cold call you to fix your computer.
• The moon is not made of green cheese.
• The IRS will snailmail you, rather than phone you, if there is a problem.
• Jackalope milk is not an aphrodisiac.
• If you "green dot", MoneyGram or Western Union money to a scammer, the money is gone.
• You should beware of Greeks bearing gifts, specially if the gift is a wooden horse with termites.
• 876 is NOT your lucky number, and it will cost you money to call that area code!

said they were advising me of an $8000 grant from the government that I did not have to pay back.  Approval code MS407 and Security code 9174.  I was to call 360-347-1373 to verify and have grant issued to me. Also asked what I would use the money for.  I did call the number, a guy answered, said hello, hello? (like he couldn't hear me) then hung up.

I know this is a scam - was hoping to get some more information for reporting this.

They also told me I was getting $8000 from the US Treasury that I did not have to pay back. Told me to call 360-347- 1373 with money approval number MS407 and security code 9174. He said the phone no was to the federal Reserve Bank! BS!!

Just got a call from these people . This was the second time that this "company" called me , saying I qualified for $1,000 but of course I have to pay money to get the money. I know that this is false, obviously . You NEVER have to pay  for something free upfront! If someone is giving you something than that's that - It's free. The call was from
206-345-6453 and I was referred to this number to get the  " free money".  I was told  that this  was from the federal reserve bank and didn't have to pay it back but that i would have to pay for the wire transfer
got an id # and security # . I can't believe that in this day and age that there are still scams like this going on. I hope that no one falls for this. Sometimes when people are in a place of desperation they want hope so badly that they will believe something like this.

It's a scam. People can get your number and address from many things it's not hard. You Never pay for something that is being given to you.

Someone called me saying I have 8000 dollars waiting for me and don't have to pay it back.They said its the U S Treasury and call this number 360-347-1373 my grant # is La105 and my security code is 5012..Then I thought back my Dad always said if its togood to ve true its not true..So disapointed..A--holes

This people was calling me around 2 month (terrible accent) maybe 2-3 times in week I explain that I don't believe that some giving me 8000 for free
But today (4/15/15) I received another call from #2063456453  american guy explain that I can use this money with out paid back. He give me cod  and security number and ask that I call for 3603471373 to Treasure Department officer and money will be come . In this time I put this # in internet and found that I m not one" lucky" person. BUT MY QUESTION FOR AUTHORITY How this people know all my personal information???Some body have problem after this calls???

Same here.  7th call from them. All different  amounts of grant. $10200, $7000, $7800, $9000 etc.  all foreign talking people.

Just hung up on a guy calling from 360-347-1373. Said I was going to receive an $8,000 "Loyalty Grant" from the government. He could barely speak English. I knew it was a scam, but I played along for a while and got a "grant info. number" and a "security code" number. He said to be sure and keep calling if I get a busy signal, because the government is awarding many of the grants. Please people, just hang up on these crooks. We are an elderly couple, but we know " there's no such thing as a free lunch ". I do hope they catch these criminals before too many people are hurt.

Extremely pushy and called back three times to get me to call back...scams .....never tell them anything...

I have had these grant people calling me for 2 weeks now,  i can't get them to stop.  It is interrupting my life and walking up my babies from nap.  I hang up,  they call right back.  i tell them to stop calling,  they call the next day.  I tell them to remove me from their call lis,  they hang up and call me the next day.   I've worked in law enforcement,  i know this is a scam.  I just want them to stop calling.

Did any one try to see if it wasn't a scam

I received a call today from Seattle, Wa, 206-345-6453  telling me to call 360-347-1373 for my free $8000 Government Grant from the Federal reserve in New York, that I will never have to pay back. Wanted me to go to Western Union and fill out paper..Looked up the number while on the phone and found you guys! Thank you! I knew it was a scam just wanted to have the pleasure of  telling them what was on the internet about them! *LOL* Thanks again guys!! :)

They want me to do the same but I used to work walmart once I told them I was contacting united states custom I have not heard back . I am sure there from a Abrab country
