Received a call from 360 347 1806 claiming they are the IRS and filing a suit against us.

Received a message call from this number claiming to be the IRS and they are filling a lawsuit. When I called the number back, they posed as  an IRS agent. When I pushed back and said they were scamming, they hung up.

They have called both my cells & home numbers over the last week claiming that the IRS is suing me.  Definitely a scam.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

IRS scam

Received a phone message (voicemail) from this number claiming to be the IRS and filing a lawsuit against us.  Total IRS scam.

I just received the same call. What a scam. I think they are just fishing for personal information.

Received a V-mail from them today claiming they were the IRS and that I have a law suit filed against me.  I called back ( knowing this was a # from the state of Washington - not D.C.)  I got a message stating that the person you which to reach is unavailable.  Accent was heavy British.  - SCAM.

Total scam.  Originates in either India or Pakistan.  They spoof local numbers.

Just got a message on my cell phone from this number claiming to be the IRS and this was my last chance to call that they were filing a law suit against against me. The IRS always contacts you by mail....phishing/scam

Received a call too from "IRS with a Lawsuit against us"

Got the same message. IRS was suing me.

Just got call too - saying I was being sued by IRS - never give any info over the phone

Thank you for this information. I will take action. They called last week and again today. Last week's phone number was different then todays!

Received an automated message from 618-462-8724 claiming to be the IRS and they are filling a lawsuit. Said to call back 360-347-1806. When I called back to inquire no one answered. It is a scam. DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION!

We received 3 calls with today's saying this is the final call to let us know that the IRS is filing a suit against us.  We have not answered the phone; these are all voice mails.
