Received voice mail message on phone from a male with very thick accent.  I called number back and got this male with a very thick accent and did not understand half of what he was saying other than he was going to have the sheriff to come to my residence and arrest me.  When I ask his name he said Kevin Wilson .... told him he wasn't because of his lack of English and refused to say what his nationality was. Hung up on me twice.  Beware of SCAMMERS ... they are desperate.

I've received multiple calls from this number as well as other numbers like this one. When I call back I don't get an answer. This guy with a very harsh and foreign accent left threatening voice mails on my phone, threatening to download a warrant for my arrest. They even went to the extreme as to call the human resource manager at my job and had her to relay a message. She said that a very rude guy called and left a message for me to have me or my attorney to call him back ASAP,or I will be in some serious trouble. These people are crazy and I'm tired of being harassed. Is there anything or anyone out there that can help? Please!!!!!!

The same situation happened to me and I filed a report with our Attorney Generals Office so that they have the call back number and can try and trace where it is coming from. They stopped calling me.

Legitimate process servers do not call to warn you, or to get money from you to stop the process.
More information about that scam is at
    http://phonehelp.2truth.com/facts.html

That site also shows how other 800notes visitors have reduced the number of telephone scams and telemarketing calls they receive.  (Links to Amazon's phone blocker devices and apps and government reporting sites are also provided).

They tried me with the same scam on my voicemail. They immediately answered the phone with "law office", and as soon as they answered, I told the gentleman that I received a call and message from them but that our phone number was on the federal "do not call" list, and he hung up immediately! Hopefully they won't call back.

I had issues with this same thing 2-3 years ago, and they were even calling, harassing my bosses at my job, which was a school. They would call back to back from a blocked number and we couldn't get them to stop. Finally the principal called the FBI on them after they were yelling and screaming at him and I haven't heard back from it until now.
