These people are scum bags. Do not take calls from them. They tell you that they are receiving error messages from your computer and that they will help you fix it for free. Then they will tell you to give them money and they will refund it. I'm an idiot and fell for it. They gave me several company names. I think all of the people I spoke with were from India.

A man with an Indian accent pretended to be a representative of my computer antivirus company, whose policy is to never contact the customer. So I knew it was a scam. They're trying very hard to get my IP address because they've called from several different numbers. But they're always people with an Indian accent. They know some information about my purchase so they've hacked into something and they always know my name. In addition they always give very common American names like Steve or Jack. This time he said his name was Bob.  So sick of them calling I contacted my phone company and found out how to block their calls. Only problem is they call from different numbers.
