Keep receiving recording messages from this number even after I have chosen the option to stop receiving calls. Already on do-not-call list. Have received these calls before and filed a complaint with Do-not-call, but it doesn't seem to be effective.

same thing - After receiving repeated calls offering reduced credit card rate, this time I pressed "1" and spoke with "Monica" .  I announced I was filing a complaint with the FCC, and asked to speak with a supervisor - was placed on hold for 20 minutes - go figure :-).

I get calls from "Credit Card Services" from over 20 area codes for the last 6 months.

Opting out does not work.

They want your credit card number exp date and the 3 digit code on the back....
I told them to send me a self addressed stamped envelope with a note on the company letterhead before I would do business. They said NO!!!

I just received a call from this number.  A message was left.  Just air.  PLEASE STOP CALLING MY NUMBER!!!

We got a call from this number last night.  We don't answer calls from numbers we don't know.  Oddly enough, they hung up without leaving a message (I know, shocking, isn't it?).  So much for the "Do Not Call" list -- what a bunch of crap that is.

When I get a call from this and similar numbers, I always file a complaint with https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?  Eventually someone will notice.

This time I chose to speak to a rep, and here is what happened.
When the "friendly representative" picked up I stated "If you people call me one more time I will find out where your are."  To which I received the "friendly reply in kind " We have your address"

So, although admittedly I threatened first.  I got threatened.

Now lets shut these guys down.!

this phone number comes back to Cbeyond Communications, LLC - Overall. Their office number is 678 424 2456.  As soon as I mentioned who I was (a Federal Agent) they hung up.

Repeated calls after requesting to not be called again. Hang up on me if I try to talk to them about anything other than what they want.

I just received another call from these scum, the 7th one so far just this week alone.  I estimate having received over 200 calls from them in the past 12 months.  Today's call allegedly came from this number, but I have received exactly identical calls from multiple other numbers with the same message.  I have been getting these calls for months, sometimes as many as three in one day from various numbers.  The call always ends with you can press 2, or sometimes 3, to opt out, which I have done almost every time, so this is obviously fake.  I have tried pressing 1 to speak to their operator, but they hang up the moment they realize they do not have a real customer, aka sucker, on the line.  I am on both the federal and state do-not-call lists, I have filed complaints with the FCC and my state's own agency that regulates the do-not-call list, but nothing does any good.  It is obvious that these scum care nothing about the law and that the law is powerless to stop them.

I therefore propose that Congess needs to change the law.  Since these creatures...I will not degrade humanity by referring to them as human...ignore the law and the law is powerless to stop them, I propose a constitutional ammendment that allows us to take chronic offenders like this to court and be stripped of any human rights or protections since they clearly have no place in a civilized society governed by laws.  Then we can hunt them down and permanently rid the planet of them and end this problem once and for all.

This does not work. The caller breath heavy than hang up great like we all have time for this nuisance. Why call if is to annoy.

I didn't pick up. They left a blank voicemail.

I got a call from them today. At first I thought it was from someone I know since the area code is near Seattle. But since the number was unfamiliar, I decided to let my answering machine pick up. No message. So I googled the number and found all of these posts. I immediately blocked that number from calling me again. I'll also report this number to the Do Not Call Registry. But folks: don't complain *about* the Do No Call Registry. Complain *to* the DNCR!

These people are crooks, plain and simple. That's why they hang up when you say anything other than your credit card number. That's why they won't stop calling. They are out to get people's credit card info so they can make charges. They can spoof their caller ID, so they can't be traced. All you can do is tell everyone you know to NEVER give out ANY personal information to a cold caller.

Got a call @316pm EST.  Didn't answer.  Filed complaint with Do not call registry and did a reverse phone look up.  It is private number and land line in Marysville WA. used by Verizon Northwest Inc.  What address info came up says it's on 4th street and route 529, but this could be the exchange location from where it was sent out to the world.  However, the actual location is probably close to the exchange.  The prefix covers two zip codes 98271, and 98292.  This is as far as I could get with a free reverse phone look up.  If I had the money I would pay the $5 bucks with inteluis.com to see if I could get more and report the actual address to this a** hole what they deserve.
