called to give away a home security system if you let them put a sign on your property, yeh right!!!

I received a call in July and told them to call back later. They called a few minutes ago and I agreed to listen to the live message from the District Manager (Jason). Then I was transferred to Jason. Well mannered and helpful. Upon agreeing to possibly change my system, not a year old yet, he said the secretary would call back within an hour or so for more info and an appointment time. Their promotion is ending next week. When the secretary called back she called from the ISI Alarms to make the appointment. For theirs and the owners security they needed to check with the owner for permission to conduct this matter for her. My thing that I have never understood is how can they know if the person that gives permission is the true person? I think that I will keep my system I have for a while and thank them for their efforts. They are not reimbursing me for for the installation I paid for my now system. The monitoring is the same, the features are the same. So if it ain't broke, why fix it? (: Good luck to all of you.

This company has benn calling several time a day and we have asked nicely (at first) to stop calling as this is a "Do not call number" They called monday 4 times in 5 minutes and our "Do not Call" would not block the number. We called the telephone company and they did it for us. They just won't quit. It is supposidly a security system that wants to put a sign in your yard.

i also am receiving these calls i have asked them to stop calling as this is a do not call number. i am getting calls from 5 different numbers all from the same telemarketers.I reported them all to theFCC. you can report them also. Either by phone or by internet at fcc.org/complaint

This is a robo call and I've received about 3 a day for the past month.  The automated message will hang up immediately if you ask to be taken off the list and the live personnel (if you decide to go that far) will often laugh at you and just put you on hold indefinitely if you ask to be removed.  Threatening them with action doesn't change anything.  Calling back you just receive a message that no one is available to answer your call.  

I have gone all the way down the line and they are a referral company for isialarms (isialarms.net).  The phone number to isialarms is 704-666-2550 or toll free 800-650-2712.  The monitoring company they try to use is Monitronics (888-758-5900).  Calling isialarms and bothering them is the only way to get anything done.  They CLAIM they are sincerely sorry for what their referral company is doing, however, they will not give me the name of whatever company is referring me so I'm not sure it's a genuine apology at all and they may be in on it.  I would advise everyone who receives a call from this number call 704-666-2550 directly afterward to shut down this company's phone lines until they eliminate this referrer.

We need more people to do what I do.  I play along with the caller and get transferred to the next person up the line.  I politely talk to them and ask questions.  And answer their's.  Anything to take their time.  Eventually they tell me how much the monthly fee is. Of course, I'm interested. They ask me for my name which I make up.  The last one wanted my address which I gave as being in California. He questioned how my area code could be in California when it is an Ohio area code.  My explanation is that my phone is a cell phone and that I have recently moved.  I probably had10 minutes of fun and wasted a lot of his time.  My feeling is that if a lot of people did this sort of thing,  It might impact their time.  Try it----it's fun.

Filing a complaint with the FTC worthless. I've been getting these calls everyday for over a year and they refuse to stop. SO, I will be setting up an appointment, just so have the opportunity to kick the [***] out of one of their employees.

Your an Idiot for even entertaining such a call.  These [***] think they can gain business by being annoying and repetitive.  People like you give them reason to continue doing business on this level of ignorance.  Glad you had a chance to rethink your possible switch over to [***] Security Systems.  As for me, I will be forwarding the 2 numbers 425-656-8968  AND 360-474-3296 to my State Attorney General as a complain that I am being harrassed several times a day as an individual registered on the Do Not Call List.  If I even meet one of these [***] in person I intend on making them feel not so secure......

These jerks harassed my DNC listed elderly neighbor 4 times yesterday(Sept 5)
7:32pm, 5:36pm, 4:57pm, 4:09pm.. thank god I set up his call block feature on his panasonic phone.

Here are the owner's of ISI Alarms names, home address and home...... PHONE number.

Call them at home and tell them to stop....... 10 times per day.

They've called twice today and didn't say a thing.  I call back but nothing happens, the call doesn't go through.  SO annoying.
