Left no message on answering machine,

at least this number was nice enough to have the caller ID came up "LOWER INTEREST" so I just ignored it.

Shows up as "LOWER INTEREST" on the caller ID. The call came a few minutes after another call from an automated voice machine telling me to lower my interest rate.

Automated call recording from "Rachel at Card Services" informing me "...there's nothing wrong with your account...but you could lower your current interest rate..."

Caller ID displayed was: V070916281700232

Key press options were offered to talk to a representative, or discontinue future calls.

Yeah, right! They just earned being blocked. Ta ta "Rachel".

I constantly receive calls from this number even though I press option 3 to discontinue calls!!! This is sooooooooo aggravating!!!

Spammer/scammers- don't answer it and for heavens sake, don't respond when they ask you for your credit card info.

I have received 6 calls like this today. I feel like a prisoner because I have had to turn off my ringer and have all calls go to the machine. why are we subjected to this? I have filed a complaint with the FCC about this harassment. It won't do any good, though.

twice a week these idiot scammers call so I played along with them to the very end, gave them all fake info. and at the end of the call i told them to have a nice day and kiss my a-- and have fun with the info i gave them. comes up lower interest on id.. YOU CAN THANK THE FCC FOR THIS BULL , they dont do crap about this either

Got a call on my landline. Sadly, no caller ID on that phone. I picked it up and heard "on hold" music immediately in my ear. I hung up pretty quickly after that. *69'd it and got the given number of 360-474-3908. Glad to see I'm not the only one getting calls from these idiots.

Oh, by the way, you might want to try telling them they've called a computer phone. Even if it's not, that sometimes stops them from calling.

If that doesn't work, you can always try "Why, hold on sec... let me get my police officer husband to talk to you"...

Phone rang and by the time I'd written down the number they hung up.

If this is Rachael, (As others have said) then it's the same company as the one using 321-489-9999.

This is outrageous. We get between 3 and 6 calls *a week* from this caller with different numbers displayed. they are all "LOWER INTEREST". I always wait, hit 1 and ask *loudly* why they continue to call my number.

There's nothing else I can do.

On my CID it came up as Pacifictel along with the number.

Could it be Verizon?

Same message as the call from 407-454-9999, concerning lowering interest rates.  Call back results in same recording requesting an entry of the phone number you wish to enter in their do not call data base.

Calls from this number are all day and all night.  Never leaves a message,  when we called the number back, recording comes on its unavailable.  How convenient for them!!!   We have reported this to the FCC

It's a total scam.  They called less that 5 minutes later using the exact same recording from 407-454-9999.  Don't bother with the Do Not Call List.  I've invested in a police whistle, which may not stop them from calling, but it sure makes me feel good.
