Keeps calling... I don't answer... no message left....

Caller ID only shows number not location.

Repeatedly calls my home phone with no one on the other end when answered. Robo-Dialer?

It's a right wing "survey" for the election. It's the 2nd one I've gotten in 2 days from them.

I am on the do not call list. Whoever they are, I'll report them.

What a useless list is the do not call list: Even if your number is registered, charities, political organizations, and telephone surveyors may continue to call you. And organizations you do business with as well.
So what is the list for? I do not want to receive calls from charities, political organizations and telephone surveyors.

Whoever they are, they'll be on my own blacklist.

Called at 6:00 AM.  No one responded when answered.

called at 10:21, no one there.

I get calls from 360-474-3944 and no message left.

No answer nuisance call.

What makes you think it's a right wing survey? Did you talk to them? The truth is that it's a scam. They are offering a "free" trip for participating, something no real survey would do. Then they say there are a few charges. What they really want is your credit card information. This has nothing to do with politics.

They've been calling under a number of different phone numbers. This has been going on for months. The FTC could easily set a trap to catch these guys, but the feds really don't care about telemarketers.

What makes you think they only call homes?
They keep calling my place of business.
I get about 5 calls a day from this number.

keep getting calls from this number but discovered my phone service has a call blocking service.  I just dial *60 and then enter the phone number I want to block.  We are on the do not call registry but it just doesn't help if they do it in the guise of a "survey".  Such BS.

but they quickly get abusive when you let them

I noticed the other notes here being within 2 hours of my receipt of the call. I guess everyone else got it July 3, 2012 too?

Agreed donotcall.gov does not work 100%

ps - does it occur to anyone that the reverse look ups that charge are using these numbers?

phone numbers from oregon and washington state keep calling me and leaving no message.  when i call it back it is a british woman recording saying to call later.  the latest number is 360-474-3944.  the numbers change almost every time it calls.  i keep blocking the numbers but they change the number and calls me again.  i am on the national do not call registry.
