Called this morning at 7:45 to my landline. Left a message on my answering machine that the IRS is suing me. Caller ID  says Marysville WA.  The message gave a number for me to call them back. Uh yeh, that's not gonna happen!  Blocked.

Called my cell # and left a message that the IRS is suing me. WTF???

Another scam.  Stated IRS case against me, and to call (360) 474-4240.  Blocking this bogus scam.

They called my cell 4 times today and left a message saying the IRS is suing me.

360-474-4240 called me 3 times today saying IRS was filing suit against me. these people are criminals.

Received 2 "robo" calls on my landline answering machine on 8/31/15 stating that the IRS was starting a lawsuit against me and I must immediately call their 389-474-4240 number to discuss the case. May have missed the initial part of robo message because it started when my answering machine started the standard "we are not home" greeting. Reported scam to both the IRS and the Federal Trade Commission. Will not hold my breath for either to take any action.

Call from IRS on landline.  Law suite.  Four times yesterday,  Two times today.  Final warning.  Good luck on that.

They left a message saying we are being suing us the irs  .we caked it out to find it is a scam

Called twice yesterday & once already this morning on landline. Saying same as everyone else that it is IRS & they are starting a law suit. Showed up on caller ID as unknown name.

Received message today from 'IRS.' Stated it's officially my final notice and a lawsuit is being filed against me. "Please call 360-474-4240 immediately regarding my case file.

How do I block them from repeatedly calling?

I have received three (3) phone messages (robo-calls) today from 360-474-4240 stating that the IRS has filed a lawsuit against me if I didn't call back immediately.  I have not returned the calls.  I googled the number and found several sites that report it as a scam.

Invest in a call blocker.  They sell them on Amazon.  Not perfect solution, but it can help.

They called wanting money right now or I would have to pay 40,000.00 tomorrow

This could possibly be the poorest scam attempt ever concocted.  Thanks for the laughs, dipsh*ts!

Most phones have the capacity to block about 20 numbers....or at least I can on my phone. There are also gadgets that you can purchase that can block a multitude of phone numbers.

constant calling saying IRS is suing me!  The first time I got a Mike from H&R Revenue Services but he hung up on me!

Second call today (different number -- last one was 360-851-1350 from Black Diamond, WA) from scammer claiming to be from IRS, this one supposedly from Marysville, WA.  Same message.
