Robo-voice attempting the ole' IRS scam.  Self-identifying as "Internal Revenue Services" (note the plural there) was a dead giveaway.

Robo-voice stating that the IRS is suing for tax fraud.  Tried to call the number back and someone hung up on me.  Not credible; we file with a professional every year and we know that the IRS would send a letter if there were any discrepancy.

Recorded message claiming to be IRS "we have been trying to reach you. We are giving final notice we are filing lawsuit against you."   And gave the CID as callback number.  It's extremely early in the morning and not even leagal calling business hours.

We got a call today from the number, saying the IRS was filing a lawsuit.  It's a scam.

Computer generated voice stating they were Internal Revenue Services and they were in process of filing lawsuit against me.  They left a message to this effect.  I looked up on computer & found out it was a scam.

Pretty funny as I am a large black cat and don't have to pay taxes. I do worry what the caller intends to do with whatever information it manages to get out of anyone who calls it back as instructed.

Fraud call..IRS, I guess they smartened up so they don't say Internal Revenue Services, filing lawsuit?  Excuse me, no turnip truck parked in my garage!  They need to record on their DVR and spend better quality time binge watching rather then bothering savvy older people.

I received the same call. I even called the number back just to screw with them, but they never answered. I received another "unknown caller" earlier, but I never answer those. I don't know if they are connected or not. Man, the world just never seems to run out of [***].

I also just received a phone message from same number, same message.  Really makes me made when people do this and don't get caught!  I looked up the number and saw this post about the scam!  Makes me feel a little better knowing there's others that won't fall for their crap!

Robo call from Internal Revenue Services final notice that I am being sued.

A message announcing a pending IRS lawsuit was mentioned. Sure hope these folks drop dead soon. Have a wonderful day now.

Just about 10 minutes ago I received a threat from IRS. Called the number back with no answer. They are fools, just received a tax refund.  Ha ha ha! You got to be kidding me.

Caller ID was UNKNOWN CALLER so I  did not answer, let the call go to VM: This is the message the female robo caller left: " Hello, we have been trying to reach you .This is the IRS International Revenue Service(s)? The reason is to inform you we are filing a lawsuit against you. To get more information on this file , call the Department at (360) 474-4713. I did not try to call back. I googled the number and ended up here.

Elderly parents received a call and VM this morning.  The message the caller left is similar to others.  Caller identified self as IRS and that they were filing a lawsuit against my parents. the number in the VM was 360-474-4713. Googled the number and ended up here.

Voice message on my phone yesterday, May 8, stating final call from IRS will be filing suit.  Same experiences as mentioned above.  Hopefully government will stop them from these scams.

Mechanical voice (male) claiming the reason "of" this call is the last warning on an IRSs lawsuit, and to call Jenny White at 360-464-1123. Also got a very similar call prior to the above (female mechanical voice) from 360-474-4713.

My call came from Marysville, WA :01 TX time (7:01 WA time). Kind of early for IRS.  Glad I googled this number.  Female voice saying same thing as all others.
