This number is related to a scam. I received a call from (718) 758-9741. Caller ID showed "PAYPHONE". Caller left a voice-mail with poor-quality, robotic female voice who stated, "Revenue Service. The reason of this call is to inform you that IRS is filing lawsuit against you. To get more information about this case file, please call immediately on (360) 489-6074. I repeat, (360) 489-6074. Thank you." I didn't call back and did not call the number provided either.

Exactly the same as with the comment from "Missouri, USA" – except that I called the number and only got a busy signal.  I then checked online and found this site.  Thank you, Missouri !!

Ditto. I received a call from (718) 758-9741. Caller ID showed "No Caller ID". Caller left a voice-mail with poor-quality, robotic female voice who stated, "Revenue Service. The reason of this call is to inform you that IRS is filing lawsuit against you. To get more information about this case file, please call immediately on (360) 489-6074. I repeat, (360) 489-6074. Thank you." Googled that number and here I am. Sounded farcical and looks like it is. Plus I don't owe IRS any money.

Got the same call about 40 minutes ago with the same sketchy automated message. Apparently its a big scam that's calling everyone today. Filed a complaint with the FTC. I suggest you do the same.

Yes, same as DG and Missouri except that it was on my cell and said No Caller ID and showed as Unknown in the voice mail so I couldn't block the number.  Robot female voice that said this was the IRS calling and that they were filing a lawsuit against me.  Number left to call back was 360-489-6074.  TOTAL SCAM! This is the 3rd call this week from similar type of scam artists claiming to be from the IRS....I've reported the others to the FCC and you can too.

Tired of getting fishing calls. My number is on the do not call list and I am still getting these. In ready to press charges.

IRS fake caller. They send letters if they need you,.,  (306)4896074. Bogus!!

Same automated callas everyone else. tried to call the number so I could blast them with my air horn..... Bummer! Got a busy signal. But I'll try again later!

ditto, had local L.E. called and got the same female ansering machine message with a slight accent.  I wouldn't call with my personal phone.

Got the Call yesterday afternoon for 508-555-6769 with the same info. Huge scam. Just don't do anything with the number.

Left a message saying they were from IRS, filing a lawsuit and left a # to call back @ 360-489-6074. Definitely a scam.

This number called me all day. Saying I was being sued by the IRS and was going to jail if I didn't return there call. I was ready to throw my phone outside they called me at least 12 times very annoying. They kept saying they where the IRS

For the same message, called back and the man knew our address and name. When I said this is a scam he proceeded to talk so vile to me. Be careful:)

I just got this call. It was broadcast on our local news about a week ago. Just don't call back. If you do, they'll have your number and probably call more often. I'd love to catch these [***] in the act.
